Do what I'm doing and take the MSE approach. Go to the supermarket tomorrow and get all of the ingredients half price in the sale. Mmmm... Ash Wednesday...

Do you means eggs flour and milk or (shudder) pancake mix?

When the lights go out, the humans can no longer give that reinforcement, so the dogs are much more likely to steal. Would any dog trainers care to comment?

From a dog owners perspective. dogs are much more likley to steal when ...you turn your back.... frail elderly/very young cannot move as fast as the dog can.

Oh well, I'm still trying to pm Nikkster back.

I know nothing of house prices that way but the house is an absolute gem and yes, it did go under offer and has fallen through.

Anyone want to apply some peer pressure? I will go with the boy and give it a Doozer review. :)

With my developer/buy it for a keeper hats on, the keeper hat fits rather snuggly. I suspect it is better looked after than most houses that people sell 'done'

    mmm..pancake :D

My daughter made the batter and I cooked them. No tossing, just turning as it is a large gallette pan and too heavy...and the handle came off so it is just the 'head'.

Nice pun on the front page of today's i newspaper. Apparently, Tesco's value Spag Bol has just been discovered to be 60% horse, so they are referring to it as Nag Bol. :)
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?

Sorry Doozer, I wasn't trying to show off that I have a full inbox (honest)!

I went to do my washing up, then I needed the loo so I though I should have the shower I've been putting off this evening - it was either that or suddenly have really greasy hair half way through tomorrow/ brave my dry shampoo which looks like talc (I have dark hair)

I made fat pancakes, 1/3rd flour, 2/3rd oats. So not really proper pancakes but it means i can have them for breakfast tomorrow ;)

Replying to the rest of your post, prices round here are surprisingly reasonable to other places I have lived. That is a relatively highly priced road for that postcode (wrong side of the river).

I should not be so rude to the rest of you :) - perhaps I should post a link at the other place?
