In my head I think you have dark brown hair and brown eyes, but that could be as a result of both Jewish ancestry and your choice of nail colours. Other than that I can't imagine. I'm probably way wide of the mark already anyway. Oh, and I imagine that you are about my height. But then I imagine everyone to be my height until they say otherwise. I'm about 5'6".
For me, it is horrible nails bitten to the quick, hair that desperately needs a trim there are that many split ends, short, dumpy, frumpy, hazel eyes, dyed slightly lighter hair although my natural colour is a hell of a lot lighter than my brother and sister whose hair is almost black, a voice which goes from very nicely spoken to almost cockney in the same sentence (I blame having a Scottish dad who speaks posh and a cockney mum who speaks...well cockney) and a slightly mad expression! :rotfl:
Real catch me!God knows why loveerrr thinks I am sexy.....
We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.0 -

Sue you are who you are and nothing will change that, but I can see that your heart is in the right place and so many of us are very impressed with what you are doing for your family and you are so modest.
Its the Scottish blood that drives you on because my wife is Scots and is also very modest.;)0 -
RAIN here, and more rain, and more rain, and a bit of melting snow, and lots and lots of wind.Going to go back through the thread in a minute...been an eek few days as youngest's asthma has really gone downhill and we were a whisker away from going to the hospital yesterday as he had 3 asthma attacks in a 5 hour period of time but he settled enough to stay home in the end...the asthma watch and sleepless nights go on however!
We also had his statement review this week and I made my feelings very well known and the upshot of it is that they employed extra teaching assistants the same day to start immediately instead of in a months time.
Hugs and thoughts and prayers for the asthma, Sue, but GREAT news about the extra TAs. So pleased for you. Let us know how it works out and whether the new TAs turn out to be a good fit to youngest's needs.PasturesNew wrote: »Peeing down here. Also returned home with a pot of h/m jam and some h/m scones for the morning.

I'm afraid I can't say how I imagine any of you look, because I don't really think about it. I'm more of a verbal person than a visual person anyway. But you're making me curious as to how those of you who haven't met me imagine me to look and sound.

Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.0 -

DD has just appeared in my room to say she can't sleep because there's a buzzing sound in her room. I am off to investigate.
It was the guttering outside her window vibrating as it resonated to a particular frequency of gust of wind. Even when I explained, she was still scared. I had to stay with her until she fell asleep. All peaceful now though.Do you know anyone who's bereaved? Noises can be scary even when you grow up. I am listening to the wind wondering what it's going to cost and worried about critters0

My DD is still scared of noises at 140

DD is also scared of the dark. She was born that way. After she was born (late afternoon), she was awake for a few hours and then went to sleep. When she woke up, she cried until the light was put on, and then stopped crying. Every time I turned it off, she cried immediately, and stopped as soon as I turned the light on again.
Mystifying, isn't it? She'd been in the dark for all those months before birth. I suppose she just took one look at the light when she came out and decided she liked it and didn't want to go back to the darkness again.Do you know anyone who's bereaved?
