I am starting my new job this Thursday, although I will just be moving up one floor and working in our "sister" department - so not really a totally new start. I will have to line manage three people though which is concerning. Managing people's work is easy enough but having to deal with their problems is a bit different. I hope they never have any problems!

I would like unsealed, but the pragmatists will never let me. My feeling is stains create a patina of age and beauty of their own. as a compromise is I seal once ( which will add a feeling of light ) I can always neglect to ever, ever do it again.0
