I cannot aford a second home .......yet.besides one is stressful enough.

Be careful with shiny .... I skid in my socks on the shiny tiles here. They'd be lethal at some point if I lived here permanently. My mummified body'd be discovered in 10 years' time, still clutching my plate to try to save my hot pie

I would like unsealed, but the pragmatists will never let me. My feeling is stains create a patina of age and beauty of their own. as a compromise is I seal once ( which will add a feeling of light ) I can always neglect to ever, ever do it again.
