Here's a question. Did anyone ever go to MOMI on th South Bank beforethey smashed it up? It disappeared like the cement footprint collection in Leicester Square

I'm horrified by this but I have one golden meory. There was a continuous movie projected on a screen inside it called Precious Moments - it was like every familiar scene from every major movie you ever say with clips of only a few seconds, but all instantly recognisable.

    Anyone else remembeer it? ;)

The other big exhibit they had was a Dr Who exhibit called "Behind the Sofa" but I want to focus on the clips movie. :D

I loved MOMI it was one of my favourite museums, alongside the Design Museum. I loved the clips. My favourite bit was the early cinemetography part. People tend to think of cinema as American now, but in the early days the French invented so much.

Edit: The bigger the circle, the more it's searched for on Google.

    that's awesome, thanks for sharing.

Its pretty, but I've spotted a typo. And there are some bits I'm not sure about. There is one in particular that I have quite a bit of experience with, but it doesn't say what there is no evidence of for it...

His book is gorgeous. Pages and pages of beautiful information stunningly printed. And - plug time - probably available from a library nearby....

Pastures, on the subject of not being tired yet, if it makes you feel any better, I'm going to get on a red eye shortly and after driving home and grabbing a quick shower have to go to work.

(comes back.from checking I am not mistaken - still think I am right).

My circle of interest doesn't mention mucous membranes, but that is the.context in which I have looked at it (and many others have, and it is widely accepted to have a key role in).

I use a couple of supplements that don't even make the chart, so goodness knows what that means. One of these is a form of frankincense, aka Boswellia Serrata, which is great for joint pain. Unfortunately I can't get it in the UK any more. It has been used for thousands of years, surely there must be some science behind it (scratches head...). It even works on animals who don't know they are taking it, so there can be no placebo effect.

I've noticed old age racing at me lately ... I never used to be tired from working full-time. Lazy, yes, but not wiped out/tired like I am.

I don't take any supplements, vitamins, etc. I don't use creams or anti-ageing stuff, or surgery or botox .... I just scoff crisps and get old.

I washed my hair this morning, pinned it down so it'd dry pretty straight .... and still spent 10 minutes just now straightening it, so in the morning when I straighten it it'll only take 5 minutes.

How long does it take other people?

... and it's not particularly straight yet to be honest, nor will it be in the morning......

Well zinc, echinacea and vit C which are all 'good' for colds don't seem to get much of a thumbs up...
    I think....
