    Well, last night was interesting...

I didn't spend a penny as OH bought me a couple of drinks and I went home at half 10 ish with it being a school night. I was tucked up in bed (and pretty much fast asleep) by around half 11, OH stopped out 'for an hour or so longer' (I'm pretty sure we all know where this is going). I was woken by a noise (OH putting his drink on the bathroom floor, it turned out) and when I woke up properly I realised he was being sick, and that it was nearly 3am (come on, I'm still young I know but it's a weekday haha). And I can honestly say I've never seen him so drunk. He couldn't talk / walk / sit up / anything, he'd literally gone back to the days of being a baby!! Crazy. 20 minutes later I'd managed to get him cleaned up, in bed and snoring. It's crazy how heavy people actually are when they're a dead weight though - streuth! He's very apologetic today, & although I was cross when I first got out of bed, he was so randomly incapable of anything that it amused me out of my crossness. I however I'm very tired!

Other than that, nothing to report - today should be NSD, although for lunch I've had a rice pudding because I forgot my actual lunch again and refuse to buy anything more as I'll run out of money! My tummy is rumbly though

Already done my budget (or started on) for next payday (21st Dec). Anything rather than what I should be doing (work) :rotfl:

Am going to put the remaining items on eBay tonight!

That's the worst thing! I've got home from work, knackered, and he's like a blummin' spring chicken! He said he felt 'a bit rough' when he first got up, but is fine now. I was hoping for at least some form of comeuppance!!

Well, I gave up trying to get into ebay and went for a nap instead :o then after I'd got back up I managed to lay on the office floor, sulking about ebay (still wouldn't work!) and fell back to sleep again :eek:luckily these were 2 shortish naps - I was awake after the second one in time to watch Heston make roast dinner flavour bubblegum, and lickable wallpaper that people actually queued up to lick?! Would you all share a lollipop, one lick each?? NO! Don't share lickable wallpaper guys! Ew ew ew ew (can you tell I wasn't impressed?!) Anyway I also rstarted my laptop and ebay behaved then, so I did my listings anyway and put them on to scheduled, with the intention of un-scheduling them at some point this evening so they go on at a reasonable time, & for free! Gonna experiment to see if I can do this on my phone, as tonight I'm bobbing in to see my friend who lives near my work, & then another friend has a craft stall on just up the road from my flat so I'm gonna mosey on down there and see how she's getting on as it's her first! Early night after though, for some reason OH doesn't want to go to the pub :rotfl:

Anyways I best go get ready for the world... don't think I can go to work in my dressing gown, as much as I wish I could!!!!

What I couldn't understand was why no-one on the program seemed to think it was dirty to lick walls everyone else had had a good dribble on. Erggg.
    Morning Scuff,

I'm glad he's not the only one (I think...) :rotfl:

    Right, onto the nitty gritty:

Been doing a lot of thinking numbers wise today, basically its all gone a bit t!ts up lately. Partly due to pre-diary committed spends, partly due to a stupid broken tooth, my debt has gone £400ish in the wrong way. I still need to look at what the actual 'ish' is.. :o (I was at work when I did all my thinking, and couldn't get onto my banking. I'm too scared to right now...:o)

I do however, have a plan. Even though things haven't gone quite right so far, I can honestly say I've learnt a lot about my previous spending habits, and really accepted that at times I have had a serious problem relationship with money. I've had a nice talk with my Dad, who is a squirrel but was aware of some of my issues - he knows first hand I'm rubbish with cash - and he even pulled some very strange faces at how spending money can give me that fizz, and all the other emotions I associate with it. I've found myself really thinking that I don't want to spend, that planning to kick the debt and have actual money to spend seem more exciting. I am also well aware from the familiar fizzy feeling when making the couple of big spends, that it would be all too easy to slip back into my old ways with a vengeance, but then again it has only been a few months. A hard, grumpy few months.

Anyway back to the plan! As of next payday (December 21st) I have no big spends to come out. After my monthly expenses come out (joint account, car [petrol & insurance, the car is mine!], phone) I'm left with a few pounds over £370. In April I should (fingers crossed provided I fulfil my job requirements, which I will) be on for a pay rise which will give me an extra £200 per month. Out of this I initially (pre-pay rise) plan to pay £250 pm straight to the debt. £100 I plan to have as 'pocket money', with the intention of spending as little as possible, but not making me miserable and grumpy, which completely cutting out any fun will do. As I said, I plan to spend as little as possible out of this and any left over at the end of the month will be paid off the debt. If I get my planned raise I'll just throw the £200 extra to the debt too, as I can't miss what I haven't had (plus it'll be really exciting when I suddenly have hundreds more pounds a month extra! :D) I'm still deciding what to do with any overtime I get, I may save this as holiday / trip money, as we're still young, have some cheap holidays planned, and I'd rather have holidays when it's just us and be an extra month paying off, than find myself debt free but full of baby and we've had no time to enjoy 'us'. Sorry if that sounds irresponsible or childish, or if I've got my priorities wrong, but we're at that kind of age unfortunately! O/T is hit and miss nowadays anyway so I may get to Dec 2013 with only £20 in the holiday pot :rotfl:

Sorry for the massive ramble / planning / pour-out, it's actually taken me an hour to write but I feel so much calmer and prepared now I've got it down on screen, which in honesty I think is the point of this whole exercise!! :D

I'm off for an hour or so of Christmas tree stamping before bed! :xmastree:

Oh and in all that epic posting I forgot to mention:

    - Tues & Weds were NSD
    - Today I forgot my lunch AGAIN but I'm sick of going hungry which I have been doing rather than spend.. I went to Tesco and spent £3.29 on some milk, a sandwich and 3 dairy milks which I plan to make last (2 have already been munched... poor plan!) This leaves me with £11.70 until payday (taking into account that the dentist was £10 cheaper than I'd budgeted for!)
    - eBay items are up to £11.93 with 3 days to go on 8 items and 6 days to go on 2. Six items out of this 10 haven't been bid on yet
    - My phone I sent off has been approved for £45.04. YAYY. This says paid but hasn't appeared in my bank account yet. BOO!!! Anyone any idea on whether this is just due to transfer times??! Hope so!
