Right, it's a new day, payday is here and I'm thinking positive!
SORT IT OUT SCUFF!!
Stop complaining woman, get a grip! Instead of moping about, I need to take some positive steps to make some money (fast!) I already have around 10 items left to put on ebay, so will make a start on photos for that tonight when I get in! I also (hopefully) am getting my upgrade phone today so can sell my old one on. Will visit the Up your Income board for more ideas too(although a lot of them I've looked at before to no avail) Also need to find out how much I can potentially get for this phone!

Hi Scuff,
Your post sounds remarkably like some of mine lol
We will get there in the end, just keep going forward
Happy new phone too, which one are you getting? x0 -
It's a Galaxy S3, I know it's naughty but I use my phone loads and got it on a pretty good deal so I can live with it! I'm amazed, it's like a mini computer! Made me happy anyway
Discovered I can get £45 for my old one which is more than I expected, especially as I'm just about ready to throw it down a well, stupid thing! Just waiting on the envelope to come through nowSeptember 2016 GC £21.37/£1200 -
B*gger - only just seen an email from Amazon saying I sold an item on 9th November. Emails that have followed have been increasingly cross. Will have to check this out properly when I get home but for now all I can say is uh ohhSeptember 2016 GC £21.37/£1200

Whoops! Say you've had technical issues with your computer? That might work. Hope you get it sorted okay x0 -
Wow Scuff you have been super busy! Love the Christmas card, looks beautiful!
20p savers club is a really good idea, when I cashed in my jar of coins I was amazed by how much the 20ps added up to, I think it might have been more than any other coin!
ETS- I use photobucket for posting photos, very easy!0 -

Well this evening I have done the grand total of NOTHING. No eBay photos taken, no tidying up, no cards made, nothing but play games on my new phone and read diaries. Half of me is glad, half of me thinks this is not getting on and getting sorted!!
I have joined the December GC though! And put some change in my change pots! So not entirely unproductive...

Now now Scuff, calm down dear, its a new day today too how about trying a couple of jobs on your lists in 30mins to tick off your list and then feel some achievement in getting them done! That's how I started a few years ago to get off my backside and move and do things
I'll be taking some more photos for ebay today too and listing this afternoon and also giving the soap making a go in a bit - an easy safe recipe rebatching soap into handmade flavoured soap - I'll let you know how it goes as it was a thing on your list too. Grated 4 bars of soap for £1.50 - no idea how many bars this will turn into anyway have got the sillicone bakeware out ready to go!final unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550 -
20p savers - I do that too
Infact I have a 'pot' for 20ps one for 5ps one for 50ps that have a picture on the reverse and of course the £2 sheep money box and one of those over sized whiskey bottles ( from my student days when I worked in a pub) which tip all my coppers in:D I regulary ( well when full) empty the pots to pay various bills although £2 coins are saved for something special. Banks hate taking loose change and I soooooooooo love going in and handing them over! I havent touched the whiskey bottle for many many years - my kids cant wait cos there are half pences at the bottom and they have never seen them- wonder how much it will all come to ................. £10/15??:rotfl::rotfl:
