i have posted these websites on a few threads before (nothing to do with me either i just use them a lot!) so here they are again for anyone who ahsnt seen them. They are search engines for the cheapest DVD, Books, cds and Games online. I must say sometimes shops have clearances on or very special offers but 90% of the time these search engines have found me the cheapest deal. I just saw lots of you buying DVDs so thought they might help.

during a decluttering session yesterday i came across some wrapped present from last year and christmas before  bought for people that i no longer see as often as i used to. had to unwrap the gift to remind myself exactly what they were, but now have a few extra things to add to the present cupboard. the people they were intended for originally obviously havent missed them, so i have no bad feelings about re-gifting them

looking forward to hitting town next week to get the first few bits for Ohs stocking :j

you will find lists for boys, girls and pre-school toys.Helps you see what your kids are likely to be asking for this year and gives you a little bit of a head start so you can get the best sellers as soon as they are available instead of wasting time searching all over the place when they start selling out.I know also that the best sellers end up being sold on ebay or elsewhere at a premium when the shops have sold out.Last year I saw those Nintendogs sell for over £25 when they were under £10 in shops, but the shops were sold out.

Really useful info, thanks. Not that I buy toys anymore but I remember the nightmare of trying to find a 'sold out' one. Once I had the kids' big presents sorted then I relaxed a bit!

LMAO I did that last year  never saw the family I'd bought for, and they never gave us anything, so I re wrapped a couple and gave them to them last year, but we didn't even get a card from them last year so they'll only get a card from us this year..........................and she was a bestest mate many years ago!!!
