Hi everyone
I have decided that this year I'm not going through the making sure everyone gets the same spent on them. I'm going for thoughtful or quirky and if it only means a couple of quid being spent then even better. What I've done is draw up a list and if I've seen something that catches my eye if I can afford it there and then I've bought it (luckily it has worked out a pressie every couple of weeks)
Last year I left it till the last minute and ran round like an idiot buying everything in one day (and spent far more than I'd planned) This year has been more relaxed and a lot cheaper so far.

I've got a few bits and pieces already but since a few of my planned pressies are home made goodies I'll have to leave some of them til the 11th hour to make.0

Yep I've put some of mine into practice mainly my Mum and Dads. Am doing them seperate ones a pamper/film night one for mum filled with a fluffy dressing gown, nightie, crossword book, sweeties (homemade ginger ones) and a Lord of the rings trilogy dvd set £15 from Mr T.
Dads is a whiskey one filled with 4/5 minatures, some whiskey recipes typed up and made into a small booklet, whiskey flavoured marmalade and mustard, homemade whiskey truffles and some liquorice allsorts, not whiskey I know but he loves them.
For my 2 children and my neice and nephew I'm making the sweetie boxes. I bought the boxes earlier in the year when Hobbycraft had a sale and the sweets from various places inc the big £9 tub from Mr T (again!).
My MIL also said she likes the Olay regenerate stuff so am using the Boots xmas night and am going to rack up some points and get here some olay bits.
Like Cazzdevil I'm going to make some goodies so also waiting till the 11th hour :rotfl:MFiT Member No 85
