  • Good morning :D

bed stripped & in WM. I suppose I ought to hang it out as it is lovely day - but I have a new TD to play with :o Towels next.

I need to get my @r$e in gear & do something! Dog needs walking, books need studying (:() & stuff needs getting rid of. I haven't had breakfast yet, so may go and toast some crumpets!

Dusty Thanks. DD had her blood test & has a nasty bruise. back to the docs on Friday (but not a doctor I like, and not sure of his views on mental health :() She was awake early this morning, but i haven't seen her yet. I know she has a lot of work to do, and was doing some yesterday. She did seem a bit brighter towards the end of the week - probably because she had opened up a bit!

Thanks Dusykitten, more sick cleaned up. DD was hungey but afraid to eat anything so I made her some toast and she has eaten that. She is snoozing now, but said she doesn't want to sleep as she's afraid she'll be sick again when she wakes up. She also wants to know when she will stop being sick........I wish I could answer that :-(

Anyway, WM finished so going to do a laundry shuffle and check on poorly DD..............I also want to put the hoover round downstairs but don't want DD to be ill and I can't hear her.........oh the joys of parenthood...................Right, I'm going to stop babbling now.........

JennyJewell you'll never replace Chief, but you can fill the cat-shaped hole in your life. right? That's how I feel about Penny-Dog; no-one will ever replace her, but I get an assortment of guests filling the dog-shaped gap.:o

I've just managed to declutter a few calories on the Wii; with my shoulder still bad, I'm very limited as to what exercises I can do, but I manage to find some that are do-able.;)

Mr LW just rang me from the farmers market - the egg stall has some bread flour for sale, and did I want him to get some. Er... like..... do bears carp in the woods?? Yes Please!!!!!!!:rotfl:

ETA Anti-sickness vibes for Tooch's DD.

    Thanks Lamewolf x

I was going to report that she hadn't been sick for 2 hours but unfortunately, she could not keep the piece of toast down, so carpet wiped again and only water for a couple of hours........in between back rubbing and mopping up.......

  • Towels on the line, kids bedding in WM. I dried my bedding in the TD :o (in my defence, DH was cutting the grass & I didn't want it covered! And it was dry by the time he finished :p)
I have decluttered a carseat - someone wanted a cheap one on FB, so I said they could have it :) I was going to take it to the CS anyway, so it saves me a trip :D I have 5 carseats sitting in the DR at the moment!! I will put at least 2 back in the car later, the other 2 can go under the stairs until they are needed on Thursday.

Not managed any studying yet. DD is at the table, so I need to find myself a quiet place. I wonder if there is room in the summerhouse? I think DH has all his music stuff out in there :(

I think I will do an HHStudy at 1pm. That may get me started!
