Morning all, newbies included.
Went on the ebay extravaganza to have a look for christmas presents this morning, but unless everyone in my family would like an FCUK gift set with womens perfume, then it isn't worth it. ''Luckily'' I was up at 8am rather than setting an alarm...
Yesterday, after discovering I could pay my debts off in a lump if I lived off frozen peas til the 26th... I decided to buy fish & chips for tea....and checked my bank account. My broadband provider has upped my bills by £3 per month since my contract finished in October. Cue outrage, searching for the best provider on price & product, then clicking them through topcashback & we have the following... a £154.11 saving over the next 12 months including cashback, wonderful new router... but a £124.61 upfront spend yesterday:eek::eek::eek::eek: No longer do I outweigh my debts, but I am still wayyyyyyy in credit with a week to go til payday.
NOW. I shalt not SPEND!:A

My weekend has been... Meh. It could have been awesome (but expensive!) since I was invited out to do various things but it was my mum's wedding anniversary so I didn't want her to be alone during the night. It's the first one since he snuffed it but the second one since the stroke/coma. I went out during the day yesterday with friends to get some clothes that actually fit, I think I was the only one not to buy clothes ha ha.
Then I wrote myself a preliminary budget considering my mum refuses to tell me how much she wants from me per month and won't allow me to take on some of the bills. This would be fine if I wasn't going to be the main earner in the house (from christmas day onwards lol)! I'm working on the "but it's good for my credit history" argument ha ha. I've also decided I want to generate £100 each month.
What movie are you going to see? I've drank about 5 cups of tea today so good choice of beverage0 -
Im going to see the twilight saga, i have read all the books and seen all the films, we go as a big group and swoon haha. I dislike spending cinema money but i allow the spends on rare occassions lol. I might play with my spreadsheets before i go lol. Lots of new posters with diarys that ive had a little read of i love the inspiration it gives xI AM A MONEY MAGNET, THEY ARE MAKING MORE MONEY FOR ME AS WE SPEAK:pMIKES MOB, DFW NERD 1071, DFW LHS 132!MIRACLES HAPPEN I'VE SEEN IT WITH MY OWN EYES. Evening all! Well i'm home from work and I had a rare hour to myself until my parents brought DS home as he stayed there overnight whilst I was at work. I went back over to Tescos for more free beans, and can you believe it the checkout lady only scanned 4 vouchers again instead of 5!!! I didnt contest it this time as it was really busy and I was still in credit.
I've just been on supersavvyme and there are lots of new vouchers on there so i've been busy printing those whilst DS plays on the Wii! DH will be home from work soon and we can have dinner, he's made a home made meatball lasagne so that should be nice! Once DS goes to bed we will watch Fridays episode of the Walking Dead - love it so much!!
I've also had a clearout in the kitchen cupboards and very glad I did as I found a big bottle of Hazlenut Baileys which has hardly been touched, and a small amount of normal Baileys, plus some Southern Comfort and two bottles of lemonade!!! Just in time for Xmas! As you can tell i'm not a big drinker!
I put a few bits on ebay yesterday, I have lots of watchers on DS's curtains and shoes so thats good.
I was thinking whilst at work earlier that DH and I would like another baby, not straight away as our finances are so tight, so i've decided that is what to aim for. I am going to work out a realistic time frame, and how long it would take to pay off our debts, or at least a majority which would make maternity leave/nursery fee's do-able. So that is the plan for this weekend (finance sums, not baby making!) lol!Nov NSD: 8/7 Dec NSD: 1/10Sealed pot member #1443 2011: £106. 2012: £171Ninjakat challenge: Aim to clear two debts by April 2013100 day challenge: No toiletries or magazines 19/100 (3 x fails)

We have a ridiculous amount of baked beans, I give them away to visitors! lol!
Good luck in getting your numbers down, its a great incentive to paying off the debt, I know i'd regret it if I didnt have another baby but now is not the right time. DS has just turned 4 and in an ideal world I would have loved two children close in age but hey ho, I am very grateful for what I do have xNov NSD: 8/7 Dec NSD: 1/10Sealed pot member #1443 2011: £106. 2012: £171Ninjakat challenge: Aim to clear two debts by April 2013100 day challenge: No toiletries or magazines 19/100 (3 x fails)

Thank you, i know money isnt the be all and end all, and many will say "you will never have enough for children" but i would like some financial stability for my own piece of mind xxI AM A MONEY MAGNET, THEY ARE MAKING MORE MONEY FOR ME AS WE SPEAK:pMIKES MOB, DFW NERD 1071, DFW LHS 132!MIRACLES HAPPEN I'VE SEEN IT WITH MY OWN EYES. ANNIE!

ANNIE!
I found £5.50 worth of coupons on supersavvyme but they won't print. The printer is working but is wireless. Help. T_T
Have fun watching twilight happy. It's not my cup of tea (I just don't see the attraction to any of the main characters...) but most of my female friends love it : )
As to the kids discussion, I got on better with my brother (3 years older) than my sister (2 minutes younger) when I was younger so don't worry about the age gap.0
