Believe in yourself. Believe you can do anything you put your mind to. Don't give up. Persist. If at first you don't succeed - look at things again - and try a different route. Always... always... hold in your mind a vision of the life you want to be living - and ask for ways to get there to be revealed to you.
I love this! You think like me.. Positivity knows no bounds!!!:)
I am right as rain today. Thanks to those who have checked out my Happy blog.. a lot you will already know but its a way of creating a little income and assisting a new up and coming website about debt busting - that I am up for at the very least. It will take a while to catch up to MSE.. but time will tell...
I have been a bit lazy today. Got home from work, showered.. spent a bit of time emailing friends and not a lot else....eBay listings only have 1 watcher on 1 item.. I am not living in hope. Tempted to try and live on £114 for the rest of the month... meaning I have £106 put to one side to pay off my flights at the end of this month.. but not paid straight away just in case I need it... but this would be SUPER scrimping...Hmmmmm shall see about this!!!
Boots sent me coupons today - very weird, never had those before!
Right now... its bed time!...Hope you are all safe and warm and having a nice early night
Onwards and Upwards...“Nothing in this world can take the place of persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent. Good evening tired after a long day at work
. I love all the chatter about positivity
abundant just how "spiritual" are you ? I like to think of myself as a spiritual minded person i meditate often for relaxation and connection with my innerself, spirit guide and so fourth. Its helped me with facing things head on, finding the positive in every situation even the really hard tough ones i ask what have i learnt what has it done for me what is the positive. I feed my soul daily and i have to say it makes life that bit more magical.
The cat food delivery has come ive sqaushed it all in my pantry haha im pretty proud of myselfAlthough i have just had a "ninja" cat battle myself trying to get the cats to take the worming tablets haha it was an ordeal.
Lilt ive just seen your post about the things you bought and how it made you feel. Dont be so tough on yourself:o. Whats wrong with buying a tv and a nice pram ? We are human dont treat debt as a punishment treat it as a road for us to travel and learn and reassess our values and understandings of money. Money is money at the end of the day, my negative wealth didnt happen overnight it isnt going to disappear overnight but i accept the journey i value the lessons and i am thankful i am able to continue on my quest. Be proud of what you have and will achieve its not every month we go out and buy tvs and prams ((hugs)).
Ninja i love the blog the bike and helmeted ninja is cool! the cat i very good at hiding but indeed the duchess has good paws :rotfl:
happy friday all im hitting the hay ready for a nice weekend!

Evening folks.
I got withdrawal symptoms; my internet died for a whole 24 hours until I rang the company, got a new router as this one is faulty, and pushed the reset button on this one til it worked again!
Happy & Kat thank you for your kind replies over my splurge... TV has not arrived, although wall bracket has. New pushchair is here, and FAB!! It's less than half the weight of my other, the 'cosy toe' is twice as thick & fleecy..!
Hope you don't mind this:

Abundant thank you for your positive & inspiring post. I actually believe, after a lot of thought recently, that I am living the life I want to lead. I have been told that in the past few months, I am a changed person. Apparently I look less anxious, tired and stressed & my posture is better (who else would notice this but my parents?!) - my 'debt' is cancelled out, even after £300 on a 32inch TV and a pushchair by savings & that leaves me feeling much lighter than I have in a long time! OH and I were discussing ISA's as we cooked dinner this evening. That seems like such a huge step on from where I was in September! I am feeling very very good about 2013, for all of us!!!
Today I managed to get to see my newly moved friend on the train, have a coffee & doughnut in Starbucks, a mooch around the shops & a good old chinwag with lovely ladies. For the princely sum of £0.00. I arrived at my train station to find, the station office closed for lunch & the ticket machine out of order. After scouting the train, there was NO conductor... and then at the other end, the SAME issue. Maybe it is good karma... or maybe there is some bad mojo coming my way for not paying  - coffee was on a Starbucks gift card I got for xmas, woop!!!
Hope you have all had a delightful day. T- 4 days until I am back at work :eek::eek::eek:

Now, who do I speak to to make use of that mode of transport? Imagine lying back with a blanket whilst being transported to your next destination! Beats the tube any day
. Very cute lilt! How wonderful that you feel better overall without the debt cloud hanging over you. I believe too that your whole demeanour changes when you live the life you want to be leading. I'm happy for you.
It's my last day in Ireland before I head back to the rat race. I'm not complaining, I live the life I want to too! I've been awake for hours, just waiting for my parents to get up and I'll make breakfast
My laptop is in getting fixed just now and I can't wait to pick it up this evening so I can update my spreadsheets! I've been spreadsheet-less since December 30th and I've missed my morning update sessions. Also, I can't wait to do my end of month debt tally - I'll be under £30k for the first time and can't wait to see it in black and white! See, who needs alcohol and Saturday nights on the town? What I have planned is much more fun
Have a nice weekend everyone. What are you all up to?0 -
Lilt the picture is beautiful :-) ahh. Sioux rubbish about laptop but yay it's getting fixed and coming back today. The spreadsheet updating is my ideal task I love playing with my numbers hehe. Hi Everyone and thanks for your encouragement as ever!
Great blog 'NSK' on the new website. Have posted - but think comments are waiting moderation or something? Anyhow - you definitely have a knack for writing - made me laugh loads!!! The cat snowman was AWESOME!!!
Awesome baby photo 'Lilt!'!! I have a childhood memory of being in my pushchair - was a stripey affair with a plastic rain sheet that came down over the front - I can remember feeling all snug and dry inside! So - I bet your little one is loving every second!!!
'Happy' - I'd say I'm a spiritual guy - I believe in a creative force... spirit guides and such too. My meditative/prayer practice is badly lacking in structure and discipline - like much of my life has been - but I'm hoping that as I get move into a new way of living I will make more time for that connection. You are definitely right - I find when I am in the flow of life - things run much more smoothly and I feel more positive and life seems very magical. Ironically - the times I need that most when I am struggling internally - are often the times I 'forget' to tune in and ask for help.
Have a good weekend - am going to get showered and route out a workbook I promised myself I was going to do. Filled with dread at the thought of tying myself down to do it - can feel my resistance - but I need to battle that and get it done.
Planned spend day for me today as out with friends this evening! Catch you later!!!

Ah abundant I didn't know you was a guy I assumed a woman. I meditate 10 mins daily I use CDs or just tune in myself and I do it once a week as a group. Very refreshing indeed. Have a nice evening enjoy the work book :-) xI AM A MONEY MAGNET, THEY ARE MAKING MORE MONEY FOR ME AS WE SPEAK:pMIKES MOB, DFW NERD 1071, DFW LHS 132!MIRACLES HAPPEN I'VE SEEN IT WITH MY OWN EYES. Good afternoon all,
I don't have a lot to report, I'm still waiting confirmation of my sales to webuybooks.co.uk. I have sorted some stuff to put on ebay later. I had to spend on new specs which I collected yesterday, however, I made the most of being in town by collecting pennies via quidco as I went!
Would someone mind telling me how to do my signature - either these new specs aren't doing their job, or I'm having a complete dumb moment, as I cannot figure it out...thanks guys!
I hope everyone has a great day and keep the motivation coming!
