Trying to pay everything off

I think it's wrong too but the charge isn't so bad when I think about it. I have to pay 2 months interest on the amount I overpay. Which I figure is better than 36 months interest if I left the loan to go full term!
Looking forward to bed tonight been so sleepy recently. Had a take away and some wine at a friends (£10) as weekend treat and tomorrow I'm doing laundry, cleaning house, visiting grandparents and looking for a cheap bedroom cabinet for my room. Exciting!!0 -
Sounds like every weekend of my life lately!!September 2016 GC £21.37/£1200

We're so glam!
But hey let's think about it this way, one day soon we'll be able to have a really fab great weekend out/away and not have to think about what it has cost, so keep thinking back to why we're doing it!!!!
Also one more tiny thing - TAKE YOUR BL**DY GYM LETTERS!!! haha are you paying or membership while you're still waiting to take them?0 -
Sunday update- currently have nothing new to add since my tipsy post last night.
All that is still my plan, however I have just woke up
so will start imminetly.
As a side note- I'm having a real problem with feeling tired all the time recently. I just want to nap!! I slept for 10 hours last night and coue easily slip back under the duvet for more snooze time. Obvs I won't but I think this time off from work doesn't agree with me too much. Not when I need to start a 1.5hr commute to work in a few days
Need to update sig as spent more on card (have the money in my current account but taking it of my loan first with my last wages when they eventually go in) but loan payment has come out too, so will do that now!
Also - does anyone know where I actually find the 'old style board' that people talk about? I'm going to meal plan an ake lunch to work when I start new job and I've heard it's the place to go- just can't flippin find it!0 -
I don't know whether this will work but http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/forumdisplay.php?f=33 ?? Basically if you scroll down to 'home and play' section its near the bottom of there

And I know I know I'll take them today.. and yes, I'm paying for the joy of being too lazy / scared to take them in!
And, when we're glam and rich I'm sure we'll still have to clean, do laundry and visit family (unless you're planning on getting A LOT richer than I thought!!) xSeptember 2016 GC £21.37/£1200 -

Have to aim high right!!! Haha!
Thanks for link too, going to start some batch cooking today for work lunches. I'm thinking a basic chilli and maybe a sausage casserole
In terms of any other update - I've had to grind to a complete halt with paying anything off as I still haven't been paid for my last job - grrr! Have just chased them and it should be in my account in a couple of hours but will hold off on the champers until it's in there!!
My list for today is...
1. Grab a shower
2. Keep sorting through the acquired junk in my room - almost there now and I have my boudoir back. :T
3. Make small shopping list to help batch cook. Need toms and kidney beans for chilli. And get some fruit to take with me to work.
4. When I've been paid, work out what to do re overpaying loan and taking some of my card. Think I will have to take a few hundred off my card to allow for some Christmas spend...
5. Do whatever it is I decided I should do re money.
6. Go out and get passport photo for railcard.
7. Get bits I need from supermarket.
8. Print off insurance claim form for phone. Fill in and email back with proof of purchase to hopefully get fixed.
9. Add a phone cover to my Christmas list
10. Clean inside of my car. It defo smells of McDonalds in there when you get in which is suspicious as I've no empty bags from there or anything. This makes me think someone may have dropped a french fry under a seat... or worse  ha
And that's it for today. Going to spend half an hour catching up an emails and diaries and internet browsing and then ON IT!
(That's as long as my laptop holds up because the screen has randomly started turning black so you can't see anything every now and again. This morning it did it for so long I PUNCHED the laptop. Bad that..!)0 -

I'VE BEEN PAID!! I'M BLOODY RICH!!! (For 5 minutes
) 0 -
Pahahaha stray french fry, amused me. If you want a DELICIOUS saus casserole recipe, hairy bikers do a good one and although the ingredient list looks long, when you actually look at it most stuff is storecupboard stuff. And it really is divine. Gooo on, give it a google

Yay for getting paid

September 2016 GC £21.37/£1200 -
Just paid of £1700 of my loan and £416.77 of my CC (to make it a nice round number ha) and should have enough left now for normal loan payment at end of month, normal CC payment at end of month, my train tickets/ railcard, BMI CC (this is paid off every month in full so not on my sig as a debt) and my humongous phone bill due out tomorrow.
And next month I can have the saga of 'when do I get paid?' all over again!!! At least its a longer contract so I'll know an actual date with this job, and they've already been great with communicating so got a good feeling
Will update on list at the end of the day - I've still got a few hours left dammit!! x
PS - Sausage casserole sounds yummy will look it up

I'd just like to point out I'm actually really good at spelling and grammar but my keyboard on the laptop is broke so 'off' very often comes out as 'of' as my 'F' key is the most dodgy one... :rotfl:0
