Thank goodness it's Friday! Birthday tomorrow :D

Have a lovely weekend planned with friends, staying away over Saturday night and going out for meal etc. Really looking forward to it.

Nothing to report on money front. Need to re-jig the budger for the remainder of the month as it's very tight. Not sure how i'm going to do it but i'll have to. After this weekend I have nothing major planned until next payday and intend of keeping it that way!

Need to get on and start planning Crimbo, want to ensure that i'm not last minute buying. Make decisions on what to get everyone and stick to it.

Hope everyone else is having a happy Friday!

Finally recovered from bday drinks, food and rather ridiculous amount of cake! Not so good for the healthy eating but hey ho, you only get one bday a year :p

Hubby really spoilt me, had a fab weekend and feel really relaxed now :)

Back to reality of life though and debts now. Hubby and I were speaking and I think we're going to try and go all out in the debt clearing sense for the next six months. That takes us until April and hopefully by then we should (theorectially) be sitting a lot prettier than we are now. Fingers crossed. I need to be super organised though.

First actions towards this are -
    • No spend day today
    • Book myself on Sunday overtime
    • Sort paperwork
    Simple little things, slowly slowly.....

    Hey there,

OrangeFairy - thank you. We're getting there!

Happy - WOO HOO!!!!!!!!!! That extra money each month will make a massive difference and the snowballing effect will continue :)

Sorry not been on much. I must get back to regular daily posts as they keep me motivated.

Nothing to report. On track to clearing another debt on 15th Nov (payday) which in turn makes me £111 richer per month although that'll be going straight into debt repayments.

Hubby and I will sit down and rejig/plan for the next six months ahead after this payday. We need to get ourselves on track and fighting. Although neither of us feeling much like it as full of colds/coughs. I've pretty much been ill for 2 months now with something - not fun.

    Hope everyone is well xxx
  • Hi choc, i paid the loan off i couldnt contain myself .... and would you believe they tried to firstly nosey in my negative wealth business and also tried to talk me into a consolidation it would be just one monthly payment, i said no thankyou im keeping away from applying for things because i think our outstanding money is above the threshold for borrowing if you know what i mean :).... good luck with the snowballing this month :) happy figure crunching :) x

Choc and Happy you are both doing sooooo well.

Big steps in clearing some of the debts and then having all that extra to throw at the remaining each month!

    Keep it up :j

I hope you start to feel a bit better soon Choc xx
