DH and the boys have been out all day and normally I only smoke outside so even though I had the usual rounds of housework to get through I just felt bored all day because I wasn't wandering in and out! Will have to get back into my gardening again so at least I see the neighbours when I'm home alone.
Forgot how much time you have when you don't stress about fitting a fag in.
Oh and my skin is looking lush at the moment. The grey tired look is definately disappearing
Same here I feel really weird m

Your senses of taste and smell will improve, your breath is fresher, your teeth are cleaner and your energy levels higher.
Definitely cleaner mouth , kind of goes without saying, and energy levels up but in a really annoying manic way.**Debt Free as of 15:55 on Friday 23rd March 2012**And I am staying that way

I've stopped
and started
several times over the years. I haven't had one since sunday 30th September 2012. Cold turkey-feeling great at the mo.

Are we all still hanging in there?
we have this to look forward to: 10 days to 2 weeks Recovery has likely progressed to the point where your addiction is no longer doing the talking. What day are we on now? (will catch up in a mo). Very suprisingly still smoke free. Skin looks lush but I am still very topsy turvy.
Keep going everyone. To be blunt, why pay out so much tax to the goverment and then pay NI on top. or what about, its lush to have a winter coat that actually doesn't stink of dirty ashtrays.
We can do this xxxThis time I haven't smoked since 6th Jan 2014 and still going ok.
Fingers crossed x0 -
Totally agree, I haven't had a cig since a week last sunday night.GE 36 *MFD may 2043
