I'm at 11 days now, and it feels so much better!

Sorry for not being around, I've had a few other things to deal with!

  • 21 days and still not smoking - I'm amazed as its not been that difficult.

Had my first boozy night out last night, it was lovely to sit inside a warm pub and not have to keep popping in and out all night :) Really noticed the smell though when my smoking friends came back inside.
This time I haven't smoked since 6th Jan 2014 and still going ok.
    Fingers crossed x

Day 24-not many cravings now. Was coughing a week or so ago-but not now. Feeling a bit congested though.
Not planning on stopping stopping-if that makes sense? lol, hoping to remain a non smoker-it's looking good so far. :D

  • Still plodding on .... don't intend to start again at the of the month. Have never seen the point of going backwards in life.

But I do fancy a new challenge - thinking about doing a No-wine-ber for November. Not sure yet, but want to see how much more I can save. We'll see.
This time I haven't smoked since 6th Jan 2014 and still going ok.
    Fingers crossed x
