    good thread :D

I had my last tobacco on 6th October, turned to vaping (electronic cigs), and it's brilliant !!!!! My break-even day is on Tuesday (outlay for the equipment and enough e-juice left for another 3 weeks veurses what I would have spent on baccy, papers & filters) and there's no way I'm going back to tobacco ever :) Been doing loads of research on vaping, so if I can help anyone out, just ask :D

Still not smoking :D Determined to continue with this. Apparently it takes 21 days to make/break a habit. Well over 21 days now (29 actually :) ) Continued good luck everybody.

Just to say well done to everyone on here who have stopped completely :)

I now need to think about reducing the nicotine content of my vaping, but one step at a time ;)

On day 17 myself - enforced cold turkey due to emergency hospital admission & not at all how I'd planned to stop:o (had the e-cig / refills etc ready).....

Not doing too badly so far - keep it up everyone:)
