I am in the same position as you Lynda, they conned me out of 1800, I cancelled within an hour after researching on this site, going through a merchant dispute with my credit card company, then I get a phone call from someone saying they have gone into administration (surprise) and I'm on the list of creditors so I will be hearing form them soon about my refund. I'm not holding my breath and I'm very disappointed with myself for being such an idiot when I'm normally very good with money mainly thanks to the help and support from the people on this site. Keep me posted on how you get on please Lynda if you could and I hope there might be some good news for us soon :-)0

Hi.Finally got a result from my credit card dispute. We have got our full refund in our account today, been hard work, a lot of phone calls, stress and mither, but today it was worth it, keep fighting the thieving scum bags, don't let them win.Lesson learnt Google search is a must, and never part with money upfront. Good luck to you all.

I have been hassled by this company since beginning of November. I made the mistake of getting sucked into their lure of money back from my mortgage. They are very clever and managed to get my credit card number from me..BUT thanks to this website (I had a look while I was chatting on the phone to them) I realised that there could be problems and backed out before signing anything. I also cancelled my credit card. They have contacted me again today. Someone really needs to put a stop to this.0

Claim Credit Services Ltd (trading as CCS Advice, Claim Credit Services, Money Reclaim, The Mortgage Alarm, CCS Review) are now under formal investigation by the Claims Management Regulator.

I Would like to publically thank you Lockstock boy , you have given me hope i had a terrible christmas with Worry about this i have just posted a large envelope with letters and emails to my credit card company and they also gave me a lot of hope too . Linda thank you for posting up that you got your money back , i can only Pray that my credit card company can do the same
ccs said i could have a refund . they said i would get it by cheque . it still hasnt arrived so i contacted them and now they say they are refunding it to my credit card . so i checked and they had Not . they are now saying that i have to wait untill after a Financial meeting today Friday 10-1-2014 , then they will contact me
so i guess i will be ringing them on Monday again0 -
