Your more than welcome. I'm glad my story has been of help to someone and I certainly hope you get your money back from them soon as I understand the anxiety you must be feeling over this situation. Please let us know how you get on

Good luck with it, hope you get your refund. Really don't know how they get away with it, if credit card disputes can get money back for us, then why can't they be shut down, and all involved dealt with accordingly, ruining innocent peoples lives, taking their hard earned money, they are scum. Keep us informed.

They told me the only way I could get my money back was cheque ,as they destroy all card details once they have received payment. Also from around mid November after the call to say they had gone into administration, next time I phoned them I was told that the company had just been using their name, and it was nothing to do with them. Have you paid with credit card if so phone your credit card company up, and ask them to open a dispute against the company, they should get it back for you.
Not sure what they mean by merchants, but can guarantee they are just making excuses. Good luck again keep us informed.
