I pay by card over the phone. I don't tip the delivery guy.0

Even if I pay by card I tip if they bring it to the door (I'm in a block of flats)0

At my local in South London, that's about £18. No tip for the delivery guy - I walked there and picked it up so got 10% off for collection - that's MoneySaving:pIndian for 2 = min £25.00 for 2 mains, 1 rice, 1 naan and 2 poppadoms.
I can also walk to a mediocre kebab place, a damn good chippie and a good chinese takeaway in under 10 mins so I'd never even think of delivery never mind whether to tip. If I want pizza - well Pizza Hut is next to the chippie but I can get to a late-night Sainsbury, buy a Pizza Express one and sling it in the oven faster and cheaper.
Aha - I hear you ask - what if it's raining out? I send the Mrs I need to think of something new here...0 I need to think of something new here...0
