At the risk of de railing this thread again, There is the point that *some* landowners are as equally hoodwinked by the PPC's as ordinary members of the public, so they're not all willing accomplices.

They've somehow got my mobile number and are texting me. I replied to another email (this from another named female) with words to the effect of 'If you call, email or text me again I will consider it harrassment and act accordingly'.0

Ask them if they have trans gender problems like debt recovery plus , or start forwarding ppi messages to them, been doing that to iqor when they were texting me for a non existent vat bill that I've proved I don't oweExcel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!

They seem to have stopped bothered replying to my emails. I did inadvertently answer a phone call suggesting I make payment.
She seemed genuinely suprised when I asked her why I should but couldn't come up with a good reason so I hung up.0
