no, I think that if you want to persuade people of your opinion then you're clearly going about it the wrong way. and the fact that you have (deliberately) misinterpreted my posts as suggesting that you 'change' your opinion rather than 'rephrase' you comments, then you can't really be taken seriously.

If anyone wants to know how to do it just click on his name click view user profile just on right hand side above contact info it says add Dave Brooker to ignore listbest place for him/her whatever he is. You wont see any of his posts then

Good point surely if you're going to use a stolen credit card then you are going to go for something much higher than $15 surely more like in the hundredsthere's something not right there, make sure the seller has their facts totally correct.

there are professional ways to defend your own business and without attacking customers.
i do it all the time, i never have to get nasty to get a point across and i know i would be sacked if i ever did rise to the tone of angry customers. this lady knows nothing about how to deal with people, she's basically treating her so called customers like Poo!
