they were standard emails considering the mess ups, most people dont even apologise like the OP did.
the replies from customer services should always be polite, no matter no rude a customer gets, as at the end of the day the customer is always said to be right...maybe someone should inform the business lady0 -
This woman (Louise) is a conwoman, it's clear to see that, and it saddens me that it is so easy to steal £100's a month and not be caught. People like this who bend the law anger me - I hope she will find herself detained at Her Majesty's pleasure before long, as cheats never prosper in the long run. Hope you're feeling better OP.0
