have to say i started reading the original full e-mail posting but got bored 1/2 way throught and gave up, the thing that did strike me thou - the poster said she felt bad about her initial e-mail to them and later appologised, i don't think having read it there was anything to applogise for, it is very obviously a

polite but firm unhappy customer, the company should be applogising to you.

Im new to this site and Im ashamed to say I found this as a result of being a victim (or sucker!) of this horrible woman!!
Bought item off ebay on 17th may and paid by nochex. She was jammydodger07 then! Not received anything after several snotty emails and still waiting. Shes now jumpingjackflash07 and have registered a dispute with ebay. Im in the process of waiting until I can escalate this further.
having just read this site and realised Ive been conned Ive left some very snotty negative feedback!
Im not sure whats gonna happen but Im not hopeful.
Feel like such an idiot!!!!

welcome to MSE totty, I'm sorry you didn't find us in happier circumstances. Don't feel like an idiot, as you can see from this thread she has been conning a lot of people not just you. There is no way you could have known what she was up to. Good on you for leaving the feedback, you have done the right thing by warning others.

Thanks for the reply. Its kind of reassuring to know others are in the same boat. I have read most of this thread but excuse me if this has been covered before, but has anyone gone to ebay about her? I can imagine it might not work but surely if enough people complain then they would begin to take action ?? Or maybe I am just naive.

Did you email her? Did she send you an upsetting email? The OP was made to cry because of her troubles!
