Oh dear i have finally come to of the end of this thread - I have just spent a great chunk of my day, reading it with interest.
At first i thought it was simply a case of appalling customer service, now it seems to be a touch more sinister. Now i cant say shes commiting fraud because i dont know enough but i would certainly say theres more than something a little suspicious about her whole operation.
And whats with all the abusive emails they send? Any reputable company with a hint of decency or who actually want their business to succeed would not even consider speaking to a customer like this. This only adds fuel to the fire.
When i worked in customer service if we received a b1tchy email you could guarantee we would have at least one sarcy comment in our reply but we still had to listen to customers comments, act on them if possible and offer an apology. Not barrage them with abuse and threaten them with electronic police?????? !!!!!!? Now im pretty sure there is no such thing but il ask PC Ginchyqueendangle just to make sure!
Im glad the OP brought this to our attention and i hope she gets somewhere with watchdog etc - Even if people dont get their money back im pretty sure they would feel so much better if they could see this woman berated in public and hopefully fined. Personally i think anyone who has had issues with this woman either on ebay or her website, should contact any paper who has a column that deals with cases like this - maybe that way paypal might give in and give some sort of refund?
Anyway rant over, but i will continue to read this thread and i would love to hear the outcome!

If you have read all of the thread and im presuming you have, you will know that the OP did apologise for her aggressive tone. Yes, maybe she did go a bit OTT but rightly so. (She was concerned about not receiving her order and her money being taken) If you work in customer service you have to expect that customers can react very hotly sometimes and as i stated theres nothing wrong with copping an attitude but at the end of the day the customer is always right. The idea is to resolve any issues with as little problems as possible. If your not willing to do this you are in the wrong career.
I do understand where you are coming from, but this company are actually making threats towards people with genuine concerns over the website. I could speel off a basic reply now which i would have said if i were in their postion and it would probably have saved them all the grief but they chose to be very aggressive and make threats. (legal action, electronic police????? reporting to internet providers, yada yada yada)
And the outcome now is that they have drawn attention to themselves, people are digging up a lot of dirt on them and they are most likely going to get a nice visit from the police or some other deciding constituent.
Sorry for the long winded reply but i really do feel that it has gone so much further than nasty emails.

I have read this through and kept up on it; Dave Booker is wrong; this is far more serious than a nasty customer. THe emails this 'company' send are so OTT it does make you wonder what they are trying to hide. Andsellers like this on ebay are giving ebay a bad name as well. Keep up the good work, folks!0

I hope people will ignore all of DB's posts, he's upset many people on lots of threads since joining MSE on Saturday. The best way to handle trolls is not to rise to their bait or respond to them. From MSE Martin - Some General Tips On Holiday Home Organisations and Sales Meetings
