Other than sending snotty emails and getting flack from ebay non payers, what has she actually done wrong?
Oh and she's been mentioned on the BBC News website as being questioned by the police for her dubious dealings on Ebay, IIRC.

Nothing to do with me, although I can't help thinking some of the people posting to this thread might also sell cosmetics on ebay, see angry competitors...The money, Dave...0 -
well I certainly don't sell anything on ebay (you can check my account if you don't believe me my user name is the same as this one) and I am disgusted at the way this woman is acting.0

Erm, she's sending out sample sizes and not full size cosmetics, not sending out full orders and trying to get people's credit card details instead of getting cutomers to pay through PayPal so they can't issue a dispute? And I think there were dodgy dealings with credit cards too, but it's along time since I started reading this thread!

If it's a proper company they'll have a merchant account and presumably that way they pay less fees?
Isn't that a different person?

Rest assured I was not referring to you, I noticed that a couple of the people making the most allegations of scams were new to the forum and seemed to have in depth knowledge of flogging cosmetics on ebay.
But perhaps it's just a coincidence?The money, Dave...0 -
She buys makeup on Ebay from US buyers. Only a couple of items per purchase. By the time she has paid postage she is not making alot of money. She will start off looking a good seller but then her scams will start.
She was using other sellers pictures of Radly handbags and 'stole' £100's.

I won one of her 'auctions' and paid my money (via Paypal). A good few days went past and I did't receive anything in the post. I checked her profile and noticed all this negative feedback - to the effect that the auctions weren't real auctions, that there was nothing that was being sold, only money being taken. I did get a refund (eventually) along with some snippy email accusing me of misunderstanding the point of her 'auction'. Another eBayer got in touch with me shortly afterwards and pointed me in the direction of this thread and of her other aliases.
I don't know anything about flogging cosmetics on eBay, I've only ever bought stuff. I have no interest in flogging cosmetics. I'm just extremely hacked off that this person thinks they can get away with treating people like this. It's not only wrong, it's illegal.0 -

I don't, i can assure you my job is far removed from selling cosmetics, if only it was so easy :rotfl:0 -

I notice that you're fairly new on here and if you dont mind me saying so, I find it a tad strange that so many of your early posts are on a thread about a dodgy cosmetics seller
I dont think this is a coincidence tbh, but no matter how many AE post on here to try to muddy the waters, anyone reading this thread properly from the beginning will see that this person is thoroughly unpleasant and a crook and I'm happy to be involved in getting her shopped and stopped!
and no, I dont sell cosmetics - or anything else for that matter - on ebay :rotfl:... don't throw the string away. You always need string!
