    I'm not convinced that some of the allegations made against the company/individual in question are valid or indeed fair.

    From your own estimates 39 people aren't happy, which is not many given that there are always a few screamers, and at least one of the examples of feedback is from someone who didn't even pay...

    I've got no reason to defend this company other that deserve a fair go in relation to being accused of all manner of scams none of which seem to have happened.

    Just to let other posters know, DB joined MSE yesterday and has been posting relentlessly in several threads and has wound quite a few people up.

    I would advise people not to feed the troll.
