Guys,

The deal has recently changed from 25 quid back up to 50 quid..

As a result on the vouchers T&C it states ‘We will only pay the £50 if the new customer opened their account after 2 April 2007’

NOTE : On the website it still states the date 1 May 2005 - this is a really old date and i'm assuming that they have not updated the website correctly.

I opened mine before that date so need to find someone who has open a new account after that date so that person and I can get 50 quid each.

These 2 accounts, do I need to transfer my salary there or just make sure I HAVE £500 every month?

Just 500 a month must be paid in - getting your salary paid into the account is the normal way but not required i dont think.

I'm no expert though

Hi Gareth,

The 1st May 2005 date on that page on the website is just due to it not being updated - if you look at the t&c's on the voucher itself those are the correct details.

Hi Chun,

I've been dealing with these A&L accounts for a long time so I am pretty close to being an expert! NO you don't need to transfer in your salary - I've actually been answering questions on how to deal with the £500 monthly funding on another thread earlier which you can read HERE.

Hi Gareth,

Sorry - I thought you were unsure about it and was just clarifying things for you to let you know that you had understood it correctly. Did you get my PM ok?
