You DO NOT need a landline.
When it is installed you pay a manual enablement fee £25 and no landline required.Agreed. You even get to select that online and it tells you that when you are building your package.
But you have to select this option (and pay the £25) in order to qualify.
You ALWAYS need to be connected to a "fixed and operational" phone line if you have multi-room.0 -

First time poster here. I tried a code yesterday and went through but rang sky today and they cancelled order as they said I already got sky (which I have but its on my brothers name which is due to be cancelled). I need another code to re-order.
Does anyone have another code they can kindly provide please? If so, let me know asap. Thanks0 -

Got an e-mail from Sky saying call them to confirm details for them to process the order, when i called they cant find me on there system.
Yeah, I got that email. I gave them the Order ref number, by postcode, my name and eventually she searched for my email.
She then transferred me to the sales department. Who have me another number to call.
Long story short, ring the number you got on the email...if you didn't before. If they say nothing is wrong, ask them to check your payment section.
Don't be surprised if they cancel your order.
