Have you tried to contact the online chat?

I had issues earlier on too but that might be because too many people are trying to redeem the offer. So they told me to try again and in an hour and it worked fine. If your code is from today's batch, remember you have until Monday to redeem so you could try again later tonight or tomorrow morning.

It should work as when you proceed, it will ask whether you are a Sky customer or not. Not the household.

My brother also had Sky in my Mum's household and cancelled it in the last twelve months so I ordered it under her name (using same telephone line and address). Order was submitted successfully but I did get a notification on the e-mail to say that they need to go through a few things and will be in contact with me shortly. So I hope that isn't what they want to talk about!
