erm, when i put in the code it keeps coming up with this error: We do not recognise the offer associated with the code you've entered. Please check that you have entered the offer code correctly.


i've triple, quadruple even, checked there's no additional spaces or anything - what's going on!

so i've been talking to a sky guy on livechat about my code not working and after going through several hoops it came to:

Joshua: In that case the offer code is not active as of now, its either a discontinued offer or an old offer code that no longer valid.
You: how on earth? i got it from the MSE link directly
You: literally about half hour ago
You: it should have my e-mail attached to it
You: how can i sort this out?
Joshua: You will need to check with MSE a its not been forwarded from Sky so cannot tell if its a genuine code or not.

who can i contact from MSE then? clearly no one reads this thread otherwise the ridiculous system of putting them up randomly at any given point of the day wouldn't have been the system they used....

Hi,

I've been up since morning trying to get the code but I have been very unlucky through out. Partly because there was no time set when they will release so it was a matter of luck. I managed to get get the code first time round but I did a grave mistake...I put the wrong address so they cancelled my order and refused to recompensate the same deal.

Now I am gutted! If someone has a spare code please kindly pm to me and I will make sure I put the right address this time

I was unlucky too, tried the link but it said not live yet even after a post on here said they were. I know it's a long shot but if anyone has a spare code they could send through pm I would be extremely grateful!
