Shes such a beautiful cat, i cannot understand why anybody would even consider not doing right by her. Shes a lovely grey with ginger and white sort of stripes.

I volunteer at the local RSPCA rehoming charity, we see so many lovely moggies with bundles of affection to give, one recently who just wants to sit in your arms/on your lap and cuddle. I can never understand how people can just give them up :( very sad.

Im not 100% sure of age but neighbours think shes about 18months/2years.

We also aquired a rabbit some time ago, found wandering the streets. And he's let out in the garden sometimes when i am around to supervise otherwise it's in the run. And they play so cutely together more often than not through the patio window.

I'm really stressing about kittens - but im so scared that if she is pregnant and the kittens will be ready to rehome later on in the year then people may want them just for Christmas.

Shes a very thin cat. Even looking at google images there are no grey and ginger cats like her +:)

And she also loves the staircase as a scratching post. Shes fantastic with the litter tray.

I have 2 sons and to see them play with her is beautiful, they really really love her. Our eldest son has some additional needs and can be quite aggressive, not with her. He trys to lock her in his bedroom so she doesnt leave him when he's asleep. In the mornings he doesnt come to wake me - he's off to see if he can find Pus.

oh, I cant wait to see a photo of her. I also just want to echo other people's posts & thank you for looking after her. If she is pregnant & thin already, a life out on the streets would probably be just too much for her to cope with :(

Call cats protection & ask them for some advice - our branch are staffed by lots of lovely ladies that are completely [STRIKE]bonkers[/STRIKE] besotted by cats & only too willing to help out

ETA: if you have a photobucket account, just post a link to the picture, adding in some spacers or full stops to avoid the filters

Is it possible she's in season (and may or may not be pregnant yet)? Is she making strange yowling noises, chin low, tail high and quivering? We've taken in strays in the past who've turned out to be pregnant, and the vet performed emergency spaying - I'm not sure at what stage of pregnancy off the top of my head, but definitely not end stage in our cases.

I will give them a call tomorow. I feel sort of guilty about phoning them, because most seem to be full and desperate for donations. And i feel guilty about not thinking about neutering - i thought as she was out already she must have been neutered. I dont think i would have even asked the vet as i was so sure she must have been done.

    Stupidly naieve!!

No she's not doing this. She's actually pretty quiet.

I am such a novice at animals, my mum didnt allow us to have any pets as children :(

Thats another of my stresses - finances!!

All these what ifs. But if she is pregnant and too late for emergency spay what if she needs help from vet when giving birth - I'll have no idea where i'd find the funds for that.
