Thanks guys, I think I will submit the receipt as it is and send an email explaining that the problem occurred at the store's end. And even if I had noticed at the time, I'm not sure I'd have said anything, as how suspicious would it have looked if I wanted a reprint for a teeny tiny scrap of paper? Seriously, the only bit missing is the till, cashier and (two-and-a-half digits of the) transaction numbers.0

This happened to me recently. They explain what you should do in the FAQ's section on the visit allocation system site, it's under the Pay/Receipts heading, basically you need to email themHeavensDevil wrote: »Thanks guys, I think I will submit the receipt as it is and send an email explaining that the problem occurred at the store's end. Retail Eyes/ Market Force or whatever they like to call themselves now, are the absolute pits. You do a good job for them and they give you grief. If you are looking for respect and to be treated well, you could say its a Red Herring. It has become obvious that they are looking for people who are naive and/or desperate. All I can say to them is we are MONITORING your insulting, ultra low fees, we are MONITORING your ridiculous so called proofing errors, and we are MONITORING your stroppy employees. There are still some good companies out there. If anyone can force them to cough up big time to do an urgent job, well done - they have got it coming.0

Thank youI tend to forget about VAS now! (which made for a worrying few hours after accepting a late-minute slow supermarket last month - luckily I remembered before I felt the need to contact TNS
). I sent an email earlier but forwarded it to them again and retitled it just to be on the safe side. Plus, as I pointed out to them, I've used the same debit card on the last several receipts submitted to them, and I can send a recent photo for the client to compare against CCTV if necessary. So am hopeful it will be okay
On another note, I will be moving into my new home on Tuesday and have been pre-emptively changing my address with the various MS companies I'm signed up with - my new address is well and truly ingrained now0 -
You might be lucky and not have to do the report!
I prefer the old system over sassie.
I remember updating my address with them all when I moved, it took ages and I still managed to forget to give the new address to a few. Good luck with the move !0 -

Oh, I already did the report, I didn't want it to get de-allocated. Plus it's not every day I get a good reason to use the term 'bell-end' in a report
I liked VAS more too, and this whole converting a photo to PDF is kind of a pain.
And thanksI'm sure I've missed some too! But the ones who contact me the most and who I use the most have been told, so that's the most important thing.

Well if the MS company are really that bothered, they need to contact the shop directly and they will get a copy as it will be easy to find based on transaction costs and a 5-10 min time frame.
They have a system of transactions carried out for both for customers if they had two transactions on their card or for fraud on staff.
We do get customers asking for duplicate receipts all the time. Next time, you could say you have two filing systems going on at home0 -
Yesterday, I submitted my report on my hotel o/n with QDOS. They say it can take up to 4 weeks. If any of you have done QDOS work, what was the timeframe between report submission and money received?0

Thank you for the new thread, starred it. I'm looking for a few more mystery shopping companies that do hotels other than the usual 4 companies I do them for. Any further help would be greatly appreciated. :beer:0
