:T:T:T Well done :T:T:TA positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

We were in a caravan last week for a few days for half term and that was cold and horrid enough never mind camping! Full sympathy from me:( We came back a day early so we wouldn't be driving on the nice weather on Friday and splashed out and went to the zoo that day instead to make up for the awful holiday.Jan 2013-£140,231.65

Thanks Everyone. Now for the next one.... 40% there now.
Now mortgage 1 and 2 are on better deals and Mortgage 3 nearing its fixed period end. Have been playing with numbers and think I will attack mortgage 3, am going to see if I can reduce term to 3 years on it as this seems the best way to overpay the amount I want to. Then if I can overpay bits on the other 2 hopefully they will fall together. This will be okay on my current wages and potentially could cut a year off my master plan however my secondment is till March, and every extra penny earnt is either saved or overspent so if my hours reduce so will my OP's.
Saw some cheap DVDs in Aldi, £3, thought nice pressies for my Christmas cupboard and thought should I? even placed in basket, then I returned them all. At home they are the same price on amazon (with free delivery) and I can use my gift cards money (from DY And SB)
Right as I passed my assignment... straight onto the next one. Day off especially and selfishly pleased weather is cold so don't feel grumpy about being indoors.Morgage till Nov 30 GOAL MFW Sept 2016Aug 11 - £100k Aug 2016.... It's GONE!!!!!

Well done on stepping away from the bargain temptations:T:T:T
I hope the assignment flows smoothly and if the weather picks up this afternoon you can have a coffee break in the garden for half an hour to enjoy it:)Jan 2013-£140,231.65

Day off assignment writing, its now nearly 2pm and nearly ready to make a start...
Have shopped and been to friends for a brew, also sorted mortgage 3, deal ending 31st July, doing at a 3 yr fixed rate 2.54% (Nationwide), rang up as previously not eligible to do online as have 3 morgages but lady said can now, so did online and will get £100 cashback for my trouble.
Big shop (frozen, as well as Home B's and fresh stuff from Aldi) used my Farm foods £7.50 on £75 spend.
Got my first DY crown!!
Also got sick of ebaying bits as utility needed sorting so sold as a car boot lot. Fetched Sunday.Morgage till Nov 30 GOAL MFW Sept 2016Aug 11 - £100k Aug 2016.... It's GONE!!!!!

HDK that's a great rate for mortgage 3! :j Are there any fees attached to that as one of my friends fixed rate mortgage is coming to an end on 31 July too. That might be one for her to look into.]Mortgage 1. At start £46,000, may 1996 jan 11 £27363.58  Dec 11 £25,289.00 December 12 £21,882.68

No fees for the 2.54%, you can get 2.49 with fees though (£900) so was a no brainer for me. Mine was a deal ending - existing customer so not sure if none nationwide customers would get it.
Been good today. 400 words done (introduction) and relatively happy with it. Just having a break then onto next section.
Went on Wii fit this morning purely to see how fat I am, I can consider myself told! After reeling over from shock and disgust am now officially back on a diet - forever, eating my soup with no bread and my study snack was an apricot. Haven't even tried to search for a biscuit, all I can hear is the wii doing that your so fat noise.Morgage till Nov 30 GOAL MFW Sept 2016Aug 11 - £100k Aug 2016.... It's GONE!!!!!
