Working later (4-10) but sports day this pm so take the "day" bit off. Supposed to be assignment writing but haven't started yet (may be a none starter today but I have eaten my studying sweets anyway). Was supposed to take kits for jabs this morning (drop in session) but failed to find Tiggy, fortunately he has turned up 25 minutes after surgery closed, crafty devil!
Got 4 new nurses (2 for each area) starting Sept. Ideally needed an extra .8 but am very happy with this.
Watched HUTH, as is the day off law! (whilst ironing which I "saved" expecially for)
Checked my spread sheets and mortgage account, money nicely reducing. My goal is get under 50k by the end of the year.

Did treat myself to a new shiny toaster on Saturday for £20 but no, just working.. lots. As DD3 was on residential all week so no school run, so in earlier and stayed later.
Have a lovely week this week though due to time owing, off this weekend and only working mon and fri, as taking mum to spa Tuesday and 2 days for studying on Wednesday / Thursday. Assignment in reasonable draft and ?send in able but will reread it 50x and change a couple of words!Morgage till Nov 30 GOAL MFW Sept 2016Aug 11 - £100k Aug 2016.... It's GONE!!!!!

Glad everything's okay, and happy new toaster:T
Wish you hadn't mentioned the 'A' word though, as I had scheduled to do Uni work today, however unless I have the inclination this evening, I can safely say that it ain't gonna happen:oFebruary13 - £74990 (or thereabouts)

unfortunately I can't see over the A word. Is a bit of a focus at mo, be so glad to chuck all those bits of paper into the recycling in October!
at least after this one, its just one more.
Having been pricing up florida today. eeekkkk.
Also got turned down for a capital credit card, have never had a cc before and have never had a loan so suspect / hope that's why....? So went to Natwest today and one on the way.
Bought DD3 new uniform today (starting secondary in Sept) so blazer, jumper, shorts and top, plus socks (all specific) already have a spare tie. Anyway £79 and still need trousers / blouses and shoes for her and her sisters. Will try and do the week they break up.Morgage till Nov 30 GOAL MFW Sept 2016Aug 11 - £100k Aug 2016.... It's GONE!!!!!

My dad was very pleased with himself today as he produced a big cardboard box from his garage. Mum and dad apparently went to car boot last week and found a big box of fresh fruit crockery for the handsome price of £2!!!!!! 5 dinner plates, 4 bowls, 2 little plates, 2 side plates, a sugar bowl and 2 soup/casserole type plates, 2 cups. My dwindling set is looking significantly better, had been keeping an eye out (as had my parents for me) for bowls, which tend to sell at £6 each. There's a few bits with little chips on but then if they didn't, they wouldn't match mine! Very pleased!! Was starting to think would have to buy a different set.Morgage till Nov 30 GOAL MFW Sept 2016Aug 11 - £100k Aug 2016.... It's GONE!!!!!

What brilliant bargain hunters your parents are!
Boo to school uniforms (I definitely don't miss have to purchase school bits and bobs), and hurray to Florida holidays - when are you thinking of going?February13 - £74990 (or thereabouts)

Not till next year, easter hols are different in Notts to everywhere else so thought would go then. Have a Thomas Cook price and currently my DIY price is £1200 less but still huge. I don't want to leave it any later though as DD1 will be 15 then. Have created a note book on websites and prices. Broke it down into flights, hotel/villa, car rental and park tickets.
Its a "BIG" holiday but it will be worth a mortgage free delay to do something like that with the girls. As I'm a great believer that you only have a window of time with them before going away with us will be something they won't want to do, although hope not...
can't believe only 9 more days of school run ever! End of an era. I suspect there may be a stray tear a week Tuesday at the leavers ceremony!!
Have just done a dY review on stickies! Couldn't help myself, feel as though I'm an budding expert on groovy insects! Although confess no longer a parent!Morgage till Nov 30 GOAL MFW Sept 2016Aug 11 - £100k Aug 2016.... It's GONE!!!!!
