Yes thanks NP, and you do have lovely views. It must be lovely to see all the greenery and leaves. Love your garden, looks so peaceful and private. Bet its brilliant to sit out in it.

Have sent you some back, as you sent me a picture of your cute dog, I've sent you one of my cheeky monkeys!

Day off today, have shopped and now dropped. Nothing exciting bought but did pop into travel agents.

Have a thicky question folks, so please help.

My 3rd mortgage policy I have decreased the term to 3 years (as of the 1st of August) therefore quite a significant monthly payment increase. I admit I didn't read the small print thoroughly anyway it says I can only OP 10% on this account each year. Its not a huge deal as have maxed anyway but what exactly is 10%? Is it 10% at the start or the end of the 12 month period, or is it easier to think of 10% at the time of the payment? Seems dead simple but I is tres confused... :o

    thanks..

I think it's usually 10% of the amount outstanding at the beginning of the calendar year starting from the date you took out your mortgage ...so if you took say £10k out on 3rd June 2012 then you can't overpay more then 10% of that amount owing, so £1k before 2nd June 2013.

But every bank will be different so phone and ask and make a clear , dated, note of what they say. I would check in with them back in my days of big OPs:eek: and instead ask them for the remaining amount I could pay in, without triggering an EPC and I then used to work back from that figure..

    Just claimed £10 IPsos.

Have been trying to claim my Doo yoo same day each month, which is today but my pending hasn't quite made me £20 so waiting...

Had £15 my survey £5 Swag bucks already this month. Have slowed down on SB as every survey pings me out and lose the will to live with it.

Still slow burning on you gov, not had a pay out as yet and will be ages yet. Nectar ad points slow too.

Just a short shift today counting beds and staff.
