Thanks MM, dd3 back in good spirit and no more vomitting overnight.

OPA with DD2 in and out in no time and back home by 10am, need to go back in 1 year as I expected. Fortunately managed to get her back in school for the start of maths!

Should be assignment writing but not going well...

4032 words :T and some of them make sense...:o

Have sent to work so I can print off and read tomorrow. Have online tutorial Monday so wil hold off submitting till have heard other tutor group members tell how their assignments are going and then Ill think S**T when realise have got completely the wrong end of stick, will not be first time. Have read the guidelines meticulously but again....

So fingers crossed, 2 more to go :rotfl::rotfl:

My jobshare now on different mdule and hers needs submitting 9th and she hasnt finished, I feel sick just thinking of how stressed Id be, as i dont do last minute. I had an assignment failed once because i submitted it that early the computer didnt register it, so i got a letter saying failed due to none submission, I then had to wait weeks after everyone else for them to mark as I had proof of submission, they did admit glitch but was still a bit nail biting as Im not exactly a natural academic.

Sorry my MFW focus has wavered a teeny bit but still doing all the same things.

Last night dd2 parents evening, must say very pleased, every single teacher was pleased with her, comments about what lovely manners she has, pleasure to teach, wish all were like that... as well as all average to above average, some really above average grading, so very very pleased. Happy chippy tea to celebrate.

tnight dd3 birthday sleepver, so currently have an extra 5 children giggling loudly in the other room with my oldest 2 hiding upstairs out the way. Must say im pleased my bedroom is not above that lounge!

All extra children returned to their rightful owners and all well with the world. Quite an MSE party, just pizza, etc and cake and sweets. All children seemed to get on ok and dd3 has now been asleep for a while.

Played with spreadsheets, done my DY and SB, plus a few surveys as well as a wee bit of FLW ebay. Also did a elec/gas search as deal ending but still sticking with SP as came out as the best for us. also did both meter readings as currently in credit and thats my money...

I am glad the sleepover and parents evening went well. I can't imagine at this point mine being the age when they will have sleepovers!

I need to sort out breakdown cover too- we used to have it via the bank but cancelled the monthly charge for all these things. I am not sure whether to do a pay as you go type one or a more standard one.

I know I rave on about this all the time, but try quidco (up to £60 cashback, or topcashback (up to £55.55 cashback) for the RAC policies! It takes up to 5 months to come through, but it's better off in your pocket than theirs! :j

Thanks Fothers, its definitely cheaper than bowling or other options but a couple of years ago I was up all night with a child who unknown to me, had never slept anywhere but home and by the morning I felt had been run over by a truck. My rule now is only children who are ok at sleepovers, mine have always done it, my BF and us used to regularily take turns (her 3 and our 3) when they were little, as well as my kids usually have at least one sleep over at parents each school hols for years.

Thanks Andrea. Yes, have been looking at the TCB on rac policies. Have been with AA for 26 years so bit of a change for us.

Make do and mend is this weekends motto. The fence (5 panels as rest of that side is hedge) behind the shed has been held together with various devices, stakes, washing line etc but finally gave up the ghost a few weeks ago. Anyway we worked out by digging out three rotten posts, the rest were okay, and patched up all the damaged fencing. 2 coats of fence life and it looks nearly as good as new. Took us all weekend but jobs a good 'un.

Cashed in my first £20 DY.

DD2 has broken her big toe, banged on sofabed and toenail black, anyway the next day she cant weight bear, xray shows a small fracture so now need to transport her to and from school as painful. Theyve just strapped but has fracture clinic appointment tues.
