  • Just bought skiing lessons 90mins x3 for us all from groupon. Dd1 goes skiing with school in Feb so thought be nice for her to have a chance... plus good exercise for us all whilst having fun. Been looking out for it so really pleased.

Well done on the recruitment. I can't imagine ever being on an interview panel! Ski lessons sound great, good family fun and fab prep for dd's ski trip. :)

I've put on 2lb this week which I can't explain! 4lb off target now.

I'm off the weekend too, can't wait. Just a late shift to get through but fingers crossed the wine is open by 8:30pm

  • Me too cathT, did a normal day than an overtime twilight, so now home and wine opened.

Unfortunately I seem to be constantly recruiting for my department, all day Tuesday to look forward too...registered nurses though.
Week after a day doing the January newly qualified..
Nice when they are mine though rather than for others, selfishly does mean I get to pick the best for myself..but I interview most week's.

One of those days today, not horrible but literally the whole day had a queue of people wanting me, nice and orderly outside my office, but frequently 3 a breast, didn't even get my coat after before it started. Added phone ringing all day. Felt worn out at 2, but finished at ten.

Feel too tired to move, hoping deep sleep will revive me for my list of to do' s for tomorrow.

  • Just been on group on again. Bought adventure days for our anniversary day out. Can't wait.... it's climbing, abseiling, type stuff. Was £160 now 25. Was thinking of suggesting biking but this looks so much fun.

One of my goals was for an active leisure time so definitely things are going in the right direction. Skiing, adventure day out...

My buys for today are factory shop rummage sale, queued 45 minutes to get in, bought 2 bras, 2 sports trousers, sports top, 2pj bottoms,2 pj tops, 4pairs of pants, all m and s for £20, not too shabby ... all size 10-12.

Sts this week, but that's fine. Some one said I looked 10 years younger last night but some one else said I needed to stop as my face looked too thin and I'd make myself ill. I did point out what I was currently eating for my tea, which was a sandwich box full of chicken stew, pudding being a large portion of frozen berries, yogurt and a jelly for later (was on a twilight and know I Need a sugar boost early evening)

There is always some screwed up jealous person.

My bra just exploded. 38 JJ. Could be a sign.
  • I have just lost my boobs, it was literally one night last week, I went to bed with them and woke up to discover someone has swapped them for fried eggs, just slightly gutted as was not very well endowed in the first place but was about a 38c now 34b. So if you have any spare...?

I know what you mean - but there is also truth in the saying that when you get to 40 it's a choice between your figure or your face . Would Dave give you an honest opinion (or is he in mourning for what is lost :rotfl:). Or a friend you can trust?
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort
