Hopefully left over visitors for Saturday tea..:rotfl:

Shopping done, combined my 2 me things.. went to gym in perfect and planned time for huth so watched whilst I cross trained. Every thing away, showered and now just need to tidy and cook.

You've got the perfect balance! I've lost the plot with daily shred since going back on shifts and not run at all, yet I have watched HUTH every morning at 6am whilst getting ready for work. :D

I need to combine the two!

Anyway back to naughty daily weighing as sooooo close and now just 1lb to go as another small one melted.

Mum and dads golden wedding anniversary today, plus a wedding evening do to go to. Also have my well being voucher booked ( from health hero prize) so possibly a head massage as its st work.

Hope every one has a good day. Xx

At a conference I went to recently, a dietitian recommended daily weighing. Would personally keep me on track and I tend to weigh in at least twice a week. I've got 1.5lb to go! Exercise definitely key though as those calories keep burning off.

Sounds like you have a busy, but lovely day planned.

Brilliant :T:T good luck meeting your target.. you've done really well x

I agree with Cath, daily weigh-ins can work well for some so don't worry!

  • Thanks cathT, green t and shala moo. Suspect I will be weighing in daily now till I hit goal as so excited, which I know is ridiculous. Still getting lots of really lovely comments, like tonight people seeing me in clothes and shocked at me in a dress. Not completely sure 1lb more will be enough. Will we ever be happy? Dave said tonight that I was skinny and obsessively so...

Just home. Indian head massage was so relaxing, and feel I must do again.
Wedding was lovely, it was my zumba / lbt / body pump / abs class instructor, we did a group zumba song at one point, much to everyones else's amusement (including my girls), left 10.30 ish as Beth been out all day on a school trip (was at school for 7) and all just a bit tired. Tomorrow it's my parents meal with everyone back here after so need to tidy again.. fortunately my new Hoover arrived from Amazon, last one blew up last week so used my tcb to get a new one.
