Had fab time. Next week we start level 3.

Stopped off at design outlet on way home as dd1&3 need new school shoes... anyway also treated self to new work shoes as I too have a new hole and I only wear Clarke's for work (over years have come to conclusion that anything less isn't worth it) also bought myself so gorgeous addidas running trainers... they are :kisses3::love::love:- can't wait to try them. Also got conned into buying dd2 some new trainers so everyone bar Dave happy...

Just making a chicken curry for tea. Was bullied into mcd for dinner so currently starving...

Start pedometer challenge at work Monday for 4 weeks, tried it today and currently over 11,500.

H - that weight loss is superb. Well done.

However it sounds like you are aiming for more - or is it trimming up?

Going to take GG on a 4 or 5 mile hike this afternoon - she doesn't know it yet!!

    Thanks GG.

Rained off, but not all bad news. We were in the peak district and was a shame to come home, so waterproof on and walked the monsal head to Caldwell trail, then had fish and chips and walked back, took 4 hours and although never stopped raining, we were okay as hats, gloves etc kept us warm and we still have our day to rebook... win win. We also both agreed weather didn't ruin it and we have agreed to have a day off together every month just for us to go out for day.

    Wedding anniversary tomoz.

You have definitely got the exercise bug and the lbs just keep melting off! How tall are you Helen? I would love to see the scales start with a 9 even if it was just for one day! I'm 5'7 and have target of 10' 8 although I have lost my way a bit recently.

Your rainy day sounded like a good back up to the abseiling, days off together are so important - enjoy.

Happy anniversary for today - relax!!!

Thanks cathT. Im 5'5. Bmi currently 23.2. Definitely feel target met but like the oncoming long term few more lbs target to keep me on straight and narrow.

Today went another walk (7miles), not quite as wet, with a pub lunch to celebrate our anniversary,(19yrs married, 23 yrs together). Feeling quite sleepy after big dinner and lots of fresh air. Have rebooked abseiling for mid November.

Would love a nice long bath but music tonight. Back to work tomorrow.
