Dave is definitely a breast man, so his view will be skewed. I have 2 v close friends, 1 is slightly heavier than I was, and has been telling me for months that I'm too thin but I think her view is based on comparing our size, she's literally the only other person who has said anything negative. my skinny friend has already commented on my ability to over focus but can't believe how good I look. If totally honest with self, I may have 2lbs to goal but I have little intention to stop there. Im currently 10 stone 2, bmi 23, I'm 5'5, I exercise roughly 8 hours a week and have now a fair bit of muscle in my thighs and arms. I think there an element of fear that I will put it all back on as I did before, whereas if I have an ongoing goal, even a lb a month, it allows me to stay on it.

Thanks juststuff, found an old wonder bra in the cupboard from last time I lost weight, will have to give it a go. Think with current size, I could steal a 2 pairs of Dave's socks....
Yes alchemilla, determined to do the last2lbs, to be at my goal. It's unbelievable to go to a sale like yesterday and confidently pick up clothes at a set size, without trying on and know they will fit.
Spent my early hours last night pondering work issues, big changes happening and mentally needing a plan of action. All now in brain draft form. My conversation last week with staff member paid off, allowing me to use a carrot instead of a stick which is a huge relief as in this particular scenario the stick wasn't fair so didn't sit well. Have felt I've done things slightly dishonestly last week but with only the best intentions for those involved and has caused me a bit of mental turmoil. Fortunately I have good colleagues to talk things through with.
Right going to see if my body is up for a run round the village rather than the gym.Morgage till Nov 30 GOAL MFW Sept 2016Aug 11 - £100k Aug 2016.... It's GONE!!!!!

Your anniversary groupon deal sounds brilliant. We don't do enough stuff together but DH mentioned yesterday us playing tennis together again which I would love to do. Would need to be when children are school age though as there is little time for anything whilst they are little. You really have done brilliantly with your weight loss and exercise. I personally take dreadful photos as have quite a thin face whereas 'plumper' friends always look great.
I can't stop eating today so might stick around on your diary for motivation!June 2025 - part 1 - £19,145 part 2 - £21,973 Total - £41,118 29 months to go!0 -

Thanks cathT. Dead excited about skiing and adventure day. I feel like it's opened up new opportunities which physically would have struggled with before. I think will keep looking as seems to have things I haven't even though about, quite fancy doing a go ape type day if something comes up.
I think my face was quite chubby before in an unattractive way with a lovely double chin which has now gone and I think people are just surprised that I look different and there not used to it.
Tennis sounds fun, me and Dave did when we were thinner before, start running together on a Saturday morning when the girls were at music, which gave us some nice together time. Perhaps need to suggest we do something again.
Yes fd, was lovely and warm. Added a few extra streets on and so took 40 minutes. Trying to think how I can adapt route to make a little longer, have a few ideas but it's very hilly where I live and trying to avoid the bigger ones. Felt really good for the first 25 minutes, last bit was much harder due to incline today. It is enjoyable to get out the gym and into the sunshine. My ex boss is trying to talk me into trying a half marathon but that seems a huge leap from my current abilities.Morgage till Nov 30 GOAL MFW Sept 2016Aug 11 - £100k Aug 2016.... It's GONE!!!!!
