I've been trying twice a day but with not as well as Tilly (think you may have won!), sweat dripping after very short period and not gone anywhere near as long.
Think I may split the difference on eating burned calories when I'm hungry. Have noticed my snacking has reduced massively since having to log it. Definitely makes me think and more often than not, decide not to bother. Did student nurse interviews today and we get to eat the spread, little posh cakes and gorgeous looking sandwiches, I ate the cherry tomatoes, celery, grapes and fruit, stayed away from the mini chocolate eclairs, even though they kept waving at me. Been to aerobics and then CX works for first time, all core work. Was ok but still have no core unlike rest of class..
DD3 swimming and got her Honours. Which means she's done (all grades completed). DD2 did rookie after she finished then now doing bronze medallion but dd3 says thats it. Very proud as exceptionally hard.Morgage till Nov 30 GOAL MFW Sept 2016Aug 11 - £100k Aug 2016.... It's GONE!!!!!

I really don't think so. I'm using it as a way to stop work and take a breather - that's the benefit of early and late calls. The only benefit I think :rotfl:
I am still shaking a lot but can manage to get to 30 ish but then the wobble starts up. It is easier without Mr T and the kids though. Otherwise it's a competition to see which me of them can make me collapse.

Going to lbt tonight, as my lack of plank shows how bad my stomach muscles are...... I will improve I promise Tilly.
Went to gym first thing, did usual cardio then keep doing a little run, very pleased as today managed 20 minutes.
Tried on summer clothes today and so pleased that so much fits again, have a pile that still need to do some major work before I squeeze back in but definitely have enough whereas 3 months ago, would have been gutted as nothing would have fit.

Ohh well done, what a nice feeling to in your summer clothes and feeling good already! I've got a summer dress that I'm not quite ready to try yet!

Thanks FD, if I don't plank there, I will do at home, promise... she had us doing a million squats last week but she's a relatively new instructor who does this particular class, so it's not over stretching. Flying visit. Been out all day, dd 1&2 music performances, out shopping rest of day, we all have some new clothes, kfc for dd3 swimming success treat (a tradition we started years ago, if they pass a stage they get to meal out) I struggled for healthy, so had 3 crispy strips and 3 sweet corn, then more shopping, then just in but need to change and out as dd1 big concert and need to take both sets of parents.
