Thanks Alchemilla. Did have a scone and a small piece of cake at work, supposed to be nutrition day, so staff baking for patients and each other, felt rude not too... my cake though was smallest piece and cut it half to share with fellow dieter. The scone was nhs and wasn't worth the syns.

Are you In for the plank challenge? Think I need to time it, because I have just discovered that I count to 20 very quickly... I was doing full plank though and did try and keep my bum down.

Ugggggggggggggh..... I'd forgotten I'd signed up to this, and am now back from Zumba and tired. Sigh. I will do it before bed.

Well done for full plank :)
  • Crikey dinner out with an MSE chum then back home to do the plank

I managed 31 seconds but boy that was hard. Arms and tummy shaking at the end, not a pretty sight :D

Well done on resisting all the cake temptation

I managed my 20 and that was it. Downloaded a free stopwatch ap so I don't cheat.

The bit of cake I did have made my skin feel greasy but perhaps I am imagining it.

Definitely FD, although suspect my plank is the dodgiest. more like a wrong facing boomerang.

I'm ok at keeping back & stomach straight but not sure if I have legs quite right?

    You're all barking.

Hehe Gally, that looks perfect to me!

I managed the 30s but I can't imagine getting to 60 by next week! A friend did a similar challenge that was 90 days to a 3 min plank, maybe more on my scale!

Lightweight. I'm already up to 4 hours (could have managed longer but 'older lady bladder problems' :o)
