HDK, really sorry to hear about the cat, it must have been very stressful for him (and all of you).

Like everyone else on here, I'm surprised how excited we're all getting about a cat doing his business :)

Your weight loss is very impressive! Although I've been running quite a bit of late, I've no intentions of cutting back on the food and my loss has been much, much smaller. But that's fine, I'm running for fitness and a challenge, not to be skinny.

Ed - get yourself on MFP :j

Isn't MFP a weight loss app? I don't really care if I lose weight or not :D

Ed - I maybe played around with portion sizes (like 75g of pasta instead of 100g, same with WHITE flour - bought those diddy Warburton toasty loaves instead of the larger sizes WHITE - you cannot CANNOT have fish fingers sarnies in anything else) - I still pretty much eat what I want, just less of it and work out more!

Nope - I was introduced to it by a mate who was looking to gain/maintain while moving from one gym regime to cutting in another.

It helps if you do some research on things like your BMR and TDEE before hand because MFP by default puts people at a deficit, that is very true ... But between MFP, and using my Polar Heart Rate monitor for workouts and wearing a Fitbit to catch the rest of the burn in an otherwise sedentary day, I find it fascinating to see just how much you *could* scoff a day. I find I can at least make informed decisions about what else to scoff ....

Of course like tonight that something else included Haagen Dazs dulce de Leche ice cream!!!
