Hope he mends really quickly xx

Thanks SS. Finding my fitness pal app (free) is very useful at recording everything I eat and very motivating. Tells you if you ate like today in 5 weeks you'll weigh xx

My biggest problem was eating things I don't really want, such as the strawberry bonbons in the staff room yesterday, I love bonbons but I want to be thin more, so no thank you no matter how many times they waved at me.

A quote i heard recently is
Its hard to lose weight, its hard to maintain, its hard to be fat. Choose your hard.

Also this time next year, you'll wish you started today.

Another, don't try to lose weight, either do it or don't.

I now have lots of new recipes that replace my old ways, so we had chicken chow mein tonight, hm not takeaway. I also make chicken fried rice. All SW style. I think my food is actually much tastier. Tonight our TV snack is a large lunch box of pineapple, mango, blueberries and grapes which we are all dipping into rather than chocolate. Im hoping all these changes represent long term habits and not "diet".

Firstly H, so very glad the big boy had his big poo:T

Secondly, you are being so amazing with the exercise and healthy (balanced with treats) lifestyle. Really inspiring me to get back on the wagon in fact. Kinda wishing I hadn't had that beer/chocolate/crackers this evening, but there's always tomorrow - or from right now, to make that start.

I have MFP on the iPad so think it's time to reintroduce my body to it :o

Thanks NP. Feel so on it, tbh. Haven't had a single wobble but then I'm allowing myself naughties, just now moderation. Choc actually tastes so much nicer savoured rather than gobbled. Absolutely determined to shift it this year, have swapped my studying for equal time exercise. So pleased that I am dead on track with my goal of 2 stone by Easter, with 3lb left to go. Then its the next 2 stone before august...

If your on my fitness, pm your user name and we can be friends...

HDK, really sorry to hear about the cat, it must have been very stressful for him (and all of you).

Like everyone else on here, I'm surprised how excited we're all getting about a cat doing his business :)

Your weight loss is very impressive! Although I've been running quite a bit of late, I've no intentions of cutting back on the food and my loss has been much, much smaller. But that's fine, I'm running for fitness and a challenge, not to be skinny.
