Thanks FD and greent. May have damaged score card as just had 2 fabulous week's doing the theme parks in Florida. Will weigh tomorrow and be straight back on it, I wasn't excessive but not the best food choices available at times although have walked all day everyday for the whole holiday, so will need a week's sleep to get back to normal.

Ahh - but Florida is soo good - and the portions are huge! When we went (too long ago now :( - another trip planed for after we're MF) I was surprised I didn't come back about a stone heavier - but I think all the walking around all day helps - I think I stayed the same in the end :)

Hope today's weigh in was ok! :) x

Damage is certainly allowed after 2 fabulous weeks, and anyway, Easter is just there to test us all. I managed to get through Easter Sunday ok but I was like a conveyor belt yesterday! :o

Just showered and weighed self, the damage is absolutely astonishing, can't believe it, I have LOST 2 lbs!!!!! Did feel shorts looser and we have literally been on the go from early morning to late evening every single day but a loss!

Yeay!!! Fantastic - see - all that walking is great!! :D And you possibly ate less than you think - lots of walking and hot weather generally means lots of cool drinks - and if they were fizzy sugar free ones you feel the bloat/ fullness without actually having consumed the calories... Well done!! :D:D
