Thanks Newleaf, I really appreciate your continued support too.

Day 32 of the 12 week challenge and 96/365 - 26.3%.
Sunday already,
Inspired by Newleaf, I am going to work more pampering into my weekly routine. The ideal time is Sunday evening as Downton Abbey is on, so I have a quiet hour in front of the television. The perfect time to file, polish and paint my finger and toe nails, while sitting with a face pack on.
In preparation I bought a reduced manicure set from Morrison's yesterday, for £1.99 and I am reading through the link posted on New Leaf's thread to find a suitable MSE face mask.
I just hope nobody comes to the door during that hour, as I think I will look like something that has escaped from another planet, especially as I intend to put some cucumber slices over my eyes for 10 minutes after the program ends. Watch out world xx.
I'm going to try this one because I have the ingredients.
Recipe – 3:
This is a best recipe for dry skin and it is also an excellent face scrub. This mask helps in exfoliating the skin and to flush out dead skin cells leaving soft and plain skin. Take a ripe banana and smash it. Take it into a bowl and add a cup of ground oatmeal to it. Mix it well and later add lukewarm milk. Stir it properly to make a smooth facial mask. Apply it over the face and leave it for 15 minutes. Wet your hands if it is dry else start scrubbing it directly to exfoliate the skin. Rinse it off with cold water. Pat dry and apply a toner, which is followed by moisturizer.
Benefits of Oatmeal Face Mask:
It is more beneficial than a healthy breakfast.- Oatmeal facial mask is the best face cleanser. It opens up the skin pores and flushes out dirt. This mask is suitable for all skin types. Hence, people with all skin types may use this to obtain its benefits.
- It can be used to treat mild skin irritations.
- If you have dry skin, try this face mask to obtain smooth skin.
- Half dried oatmeal can be used as a scrub to exfoliate skin.
- It also treats itching and is known for anti-inflammatory properties.

Congrats on getting to a size 12 :j :T
I agree about the food budget and eating better, people so often complain they can't afford to eat healthily but with planning and cooking from scratch you get so much more for your money. I spend around £80 per month on me and eat very well, generally having at least 7 portions of fruit and veg a dayI know I spend more than many on here but my friends and colleagues are incredulous at how little I spend!
Sunday night pampering sounds good, I may join you in doing my nails! Anyone have any tips on how to stop nail varnish flaking off from chlorine in swimming pool? As I swim everyday the ends peel off after about 2 daysbeen recommended shellac nails but no way do I want to pay that every month!
