This is Day 63 of 365, I am 17.2% of the way through what I have dubbed as my transformation year!

I have worked through the 'head stuff', lost half a stone and gained £300.00 so far.

I was at my Weight Watcher class tonight and we are all embarking on a 'Twelve Weeks To Glow' challenge. I am going to keep up the momentum and by Christmas I am aiming to be size 10-12 and slimmer than i've been in 13 years.

I am also embarking on a 12 week, holistic living, treatment plan, which starts tomorrow.

So this diary, a new phase, is to keep me focused for those 12 weeks :), and ensure that I stay within budget.

    Day 1 of 12 week challenge - Day 64/365 - 17.5%.

My task for today is to find two pictures of slim, healthy women, that are inspiring and to stick them on the kitchen and store cupboard door.

I still have my £3.33 intact, that is to last me the week. Not carrying any money around with me and taking my food with me, has made it possible so far.

Here's to being, 'healthy, wealthy and wise' one step at a time .

But why can't we do it, we have both proven that we have the determination to succeed in other fields.

    Day 2 of 12 week challenge - Day 65/365 - 17.8%.

Thanks everyone for your best wishes.

Yes that's what it does feel like NewLeaf, being trapped in a fat suit, that was expanding at an increasingly rapid pace, until I had my LBM, which by Christmas will be my LBD moment.

I had the treatment class yesterday, where we focused on learning to breathe properly, for anxiety control and stretching exercises to relieve tension around the neck. I felt very relaxed afterwards.

I was introduced to a new drink that is very popular in India, a teaspoon of root ginger, a teaspoon of manuka honey stirred into a cup full of hot water, with some ground black pepper on top. It tasted very refreshing, and is good for digestion and the immune system.

So today I am going to incorporate some time practicing what I learned yesterday, and have a cup of my new drink. I have the ingredients in the house, so I hope for another NSD today, like yesterday, meaning my £3.33 is still intact xx.

    Day 3 of 12 week challenge - Day 66/365 - 18.08%

I had a lazy day yesterday, I had more time than i've had in weeks but filled it watching television and browsing the internet. Felt very chilled, and banished any guilt feelings by telling myself that I must have needed it :rotfl:.

On a healthy living basis I ate sensibly and spent no money.

DH dug up the first of this year's potatoes, when he got home, and they look perfect!! Last years were covered in scabs. Perhaps it's a sign!:rotfl:
