  • I've got a giffgaff sim with priority moments :D So I'll take a look on there.

She meant senior as in he is management and I'm just an agent. Apparently she says I shouldn't bother him.

You think she fancies him? She is always asking him stuff and being near him. She won't do anything to me will she?

We are going to the castle soon I'm off today and he is finishing early.

Ha! So we should all only go out with people on the same payscale as us? How would that even work?!

As long as you keep your relationship completely separate to work she can't do anything to you at all. If she saw you in a hotel bar, outside of working hours, then it's naff all to do with her so just ignore her and concentrate on enjoying yourselves.

Have fun at the castle :).

We don't do relationship stuff in work. We were just relaxing in the hotel. Outside of work yes.Worries me she could make it difficult at work for me :(

If she tries to, keep a record of everything she does/says and take it to HR. It sounds like you work for a pretty big company so they should have well-defined procedures about this. So long as you’re being professional (and you are from the sounds of it) then what you do in your own time is nothing to do with her. If she says anything to you about it just ignore it and move the conversation back to work, if she tries it again say something like “I don’t wish to talk about my private life at work”.

    … and don’t worry so much!! :D

We do, but if I took it to HR here they would take her side as she is friends with the HR manager :(

Could I take it to head office or to the HR Department at my partners office?

I wouldn't worry about it unless you have to. Just carry on as you are and there's no reason for her to be anything less than professional with you.

Enjoy this month! Don't waste it all thinking up worst-case scenarios.

Oh dear don't start worrying about that now, you arent doing anything wrong. My advice, and the advice from a lot of other people on here is:

    1. keep your relationship seperate from work, dont act loved up at work, dont leave cute messages, just treat him as you would any other collegue, friendly but professional!

    2. Don't keep talking about your relationship at work, your collegues dont need to know anything. If they are nosey and ask tell change the subject, be vague..

    Now relax and enjoy yourself!
  • Annoyed!!

My manager turned up at the hotel to try and talk my partner. She said to me "I need to talk to <Cardiff_Girls boyfriend> can you leave us alone" My boyfriend replied "Any ops quieries should be put in an email and not during down time. especially when I'm with Chloe"

She turned round and said "I think its highly inappropiate you are seeing Chloe. Agents are not meant to see management. Especially not one of our best agents"

Thats when I storm off back to the room upset :( Boyfriend come up and Ive sent him for wine and lots of it!

He's told me not to worry he is filing a report and if she says anything tomorrow I'm to ring HR Helpdesk at head office.

Annoyed aint the word. But I've had a lovely day. I'm not sure if I'm allowed but I'd like to show you the room!
  • I'm not worried. I'm annoyed, If she says anything I'm going HR!
