Seeing my boyfriend

She's trying to "tip" you over into being beastly at work, so she can get into a ruck and have you sacked.... so she can then concentrate on purring up to him in work time, perchance she'll be able to steal him from you .... and 'show him' how much better she'd be for him than you.Cardiff_Girl wrote: »She knew I'd be there though
Watch that one.... don't play her games.
Silent at work. Smiling/courteous at work..... remember it's always slowly, slowly catch ye monkey

I can understand her being shocked if she had just turned up to talk about work but clearly she hadn't. She is obviously jealous/threatened by you.
Just keep doing what you are doing. See your boyfriend after hours, don't mention it during work time etc. Hopefully it will blow over soon.

She's already not approved of us from when we got together at the offices opening.
We don't do relationship things in work, so that aint an issue. Its just annoying she thinks she is my mum and trying to tell me stuff.0 -
She apparently turned up to talk about work things. I'm going to be nice and quiet in work. She hardly talks to me, last time she talked to me about work was to tell me I've done bad on a quality mark. (85/100) she expects at least 90%
My partners said he has filed a report as he thinks its bang out of order her turning up and her upsetting me.
I'm still a bit angry today. I've got to go work soon

So I finished another day She was awful to me. Had to go HR as she has given me a file note for conduct.
Apart from that I'm happy happy happy

Cardiff_Girl, I've been watching your happy exitement without joining in, but am SO shocked by your boss's behaviour. How did it go with HR? Were you able to get them to see things from your point of view? It is very handy your bf is in management, if he can pull rank on her.
To invite herself to his hotel to 'talk ops' and then critiscise you and your clothes and then report you during the day (I'm presuming you didn't do anything to provoke her), beggars belief, it does look like a bit of the green eyed monster. You enjoy your time together, sounds like you are doing well to keep your relationship out of the workplace.
I hope you have a lovely time this evening.

My manager turned up at the hotel to try and talk my partner. She said to me "I need to talk to <Cardiff_Girls boyfriend> can you leave us alone" My boyfriend replied "Any ops quieries should be put in an email and not during down time. especially when I'm with Chloe"
She turned round and said "I think its highly inappropiate you are seeing Chloe. Agents are not meant to see management. Especially not one of our best agents"
Thats when I storm off back to the room upset
Boyfriend come up and Ive sent him for wine and lots of it!
He's told me not to worry he is filing a report and if she says anything tomorrow I'm to ring HR Helpdesk at head office.
Annoyed aint the word. But I've had a lovely day. I'm not sure if I'm allowed but I'd like to show you the room!
Don't ever storm off or let her know you are upset again. You are not wrong to feel that way but that is what she wants, to come between you so don't let her win. Be sweetness and light at work and keep your head down, you know you are pulling your weight, I assume they can track whatever it is you do - how many, how much so it will be obvious if your standard of work is slipping or staying the same.
Boyfriend is right, keep a record of everything and take it to HR at Head Office if needs be. Try to write down word for word what she says, not just the impression you get.Cardiff_Girl wrote: »She apparently turned up to talk about work things. I'm going to be nice and quiet in work. She is digging her own grave. She has already shown her hand about what the real issue is and your boyfriend has already lodged a complaint. Other that that I am delighted you are having a lovely time. :ADeclutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0 -

Glad I'm not the only one!0 -
I did nothing to upset her or against the rules. Infact I was just taking calls. She called a team meeting then took me to the office to give me a file note for conduct over the last 24 hours.
Its so annoying
but happy Waiting for the boyfriend to get out of bath so we can watch a movie 0
