kk, according to google there isn't any sugar in 'real' All Bran and I don't see the Asda one listed under HEBs.:( I wouldn't take my word for it though as I'm not good at searching the website. I have to admit I can be very [STRIKE]boring[/STRIKE] predictable with HEBs so it's either porage, Puffed Wheat or bread for me. I did find it very difficult to track down Puffed Wheat this time I might go for some Shreddies next.
according to the book, kelloggs all bran is a HEA aswell as asda bran flakes, but it says you can replace any branded breakfast with a supermarket own-brand of the same cereal, but the cereals not in the list are synned. HTHI'd rather try and fail, than not try and never know

I assumed the High Bran cereal not the flakes, told you I'm hopeless looking things up. I blame the website!!;)0 -
I always like peppers and onion too, kept quite chunkySounds gorgeous!... i assume its all rather low in syns? *might make it for mum*
The samosas are 1 syn each on green and ee or 2 on red, pakoras are free on ee and green, the curry sauce receipe I found is free and I need to check the bhajis/raita but I think that's free too.Became Mrs Scotland 16.01.16Became homeowners 26.02.16

I had a pretty good weekend and even did some cooking in preparation this week. Packed up my lunch this morning and then walked out without it. Need to go to the shop and see what I can get that isn't too bad.VSP member #250

It seems that this week is 100% against me losing any weight! Bfs mum wants us to go to pizza hut with them tonight so that's bfs mum and dad, me and bf, bfs middle brother and his lass and their 3yr old! We can't really say no - and I don't want to cos I love spending time with them all but I can't imagine eating pizza and still losing on Wednesday
It's pizza and salad for £5 so I'm thinking a lower syn pizza (ham and mushroom probs or something like that) and only eat the one slice then fill up on salad:S argh I really want a 2lb loss!

I have barely eaten this past week after my trip to the dentist, most days it has been muller light for breakfast, porridge for dinner and that's it. Going by my scales I am probably looking at a sts or gain tomorrow, ridiculous really but that's how Slimming world works! You really do need to eat enough, my mouth is on the mend and I have eaten a bit more today so hopefully on the mend now.Slimming World - 3 stone 8 1/2lbs in 7 months and now at target :j0

Shellieholly - sorry to hear you are having a rough time. If you feel taking a break is going to help you then go for it. I just would worry you may find it harder to get back on track - i knew a girl did this in my class. She never did get back on track.
Good luck with what ever you decide to do
Veg curry - i use quorn chicken, carrots, courgettes, carrots and onions. Sometimes baby corn and sugar snaps - just depends what i have in. Great way to max out the superfree
Testing weekend here. Ive had 110 syns, plus unmeasured - a pizza on thu night with garlic bread and a large 600ml bottle of peroni, friday Mums - v mall slice choc fudge cake with cream, unquantified crisps and dip, and 3 glasses of wine which i never drink .
resisted lots more, mum just kept trying to feed me up the whole time!!!!:o
I was half a pound under my target last week so hoping to be ok this week. It's all very new for maintaining. Pizza was a one off I had planned when i hit target so the week wouldnt have been so bad had i not had the thursday night flexi night.
keep up the good work everyone :A Hugs to those who are strugglingA little nonsense now and then is relished by the wisest men

Evening all, not many bodies in hear chatting away today i was expecting to have pages to read through
Shellie, hope you manage to work things out.
Have had a fairly good weekend and stuck to plan, today however is a different story. Tomorrow is my wedding anniversary and being aware that hubby has a rock concert tonight knew full well that with his fibro and ankylosing spondylitis he wont be up for going anywhere for a couple of days so went to a 'world buffet' at lunch time. I had boiled rice, salads, steamed veg, chicken in a light gravy and a huge plate of stir fry with atleast 1/3rd superfrees, cooked fresh infront of you while you wait. Only had soy sauce and garlic for flavour despite the cheeky chappy telling me to try some of the other alternatives. Steered happily to the pudding section afterwards and helped myself to a large plate of grapes, melon and pineapple all washed down with a diet coke. So i dont think i have gone OTT with the syns today.
Breakfast was a shape 0% yogurt, banana and melon. Tea will be salad with some chicken thighs that i cooked yesterday for that ready to eat snack when get peckish.
Hope everyone else is well x:j Was married 2nd october 2009 to the most wonderful man possible:j
